OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Flutter's People Analytics function is scaling rapidly, with an ambitious roadmap spanning workforce intelligence, reporting modernisation, and HR technology transformation.


We are seeking an experienced Analytics Project Lead to drive the delivery and adoption of complex, enterprise-wide People Analytics initiatives . Working across HR, HR Technology, Data Engineering, Security, Legal, and business teams, you will lead large-scale transformation programmes from inception through implementation and business adoption.


A key focus of this role will be delivering strategic initiatives such as Workday onboarding, People Analytics product implementations, and HR technology transformations that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Strategic People Analytics Programmes

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale People Analytics and HR technology initiatives.
  • Lead programme planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop delivery roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure projects achieve agreed outcomes
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks, issues, and blockers proactively.

2. Deliver HR Technology Transformation

  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of Workday, Workday Prism, and People Analytics solutions.
  • Partner with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Ensure data governance, privacy, security, and compliance requirements are embedded throughout delivery.
  • Support the successful integration and operationalisation of new technologies and capabilities.
     

3. Drive Stakeholder Engagement & Change

  • Act as the primary programme lead across HR, People Analytics, HR Technology, Security, and business functions.
  • Build alignment and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate programme progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead change management activities to drive adoption and maximise business value.

4. Establish Delivery Excellence

  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies to ensure effective execution.
  • Implement governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and project controls.
  • Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project teams.
  • Ensure solutions transition successfully into BAU support and ownership models.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED


Mandatory Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience delivering complex transformation programmes within People Analytics, HR Technology, Data & Analytics, or related domains.
  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale HR systems , analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience delivering Workday-related projects , including HCM, Reporting, Prism Analytics, or major platform enhancements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management, and organisational change.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within large, complex, global organisations.
  • Understanding of HR data governance, workforce analytics, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and product operating models.
  • Exposure to technologies such as Workday Prism, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, or similar analytics platforms.
