OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused leader to join our Global People Analytics function as Senior Manager – Reporting & Analytics . This role will lead a team of technical reporting and analytics specialists responsible for delivering and evolving Flutter’s enterprise People Reporting ecosystem across Workday Reporting , Prism Analytics , and Tableau .
The successful candidate will own the governance, operational delivery, prioritisation, quality standards, and continuous evolution of a global reporting portfolio supporting HR and business stakeholders across multiple regions.
This is NOT an individual contributor role. Proven people management experience leading technical analytics/reporting teams is essential.
The role requires a strong combination of:
- Deep expertise in Workday Reporting and People Analytics
- Experience operating within enterprise-scale HR data environments
- Strong stakeholder management across HR, HR Technology, Security, and Operations
- Proven delivery leadership within complex global organisations
- The ability to lead teams, manage demand, and drive operational excellence at scale
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting and Analytics Leadership:
- Lead and evolve Flutter's global People Reporting ecosystem across Workday , PRISM Analytics and Tableau
- Own governance, controls, and operational excellence across the People Analytics reporting portfolio
- Ensure reporting products and dashboards are scalable, standardized, compliant, and aligned to evolving business needs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capabilities, automation and user experience
Team Leadership & Resource Management:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of technical reporting and analytics specialists
- Manage team capacity, prioritization and delivery across multiple initiatives
- Build strong succession planning and foster a high-performance team culture
Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Partner with senior stakeholders across HR, HR Technology, Security, Compliance, and Operations teams
- Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
- Support governance, audit, and regulatory reporting activities where required
Delivery and Project Oversight:
- Lead reporting and analytics initiatives from planning through execution
- Manage incoming demand, prioritization, and delivery timelines across the reporting portfolio
- Ensure delivery meets quality, governance and stakeholder expectations consistently
TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED
Mandatory Experience:
- Significant experience leading enterprise-scale People Reporting or People Analytics functions within a global organization
- Hands-on experience delivering a Global People Reporting solution within HR (preferably Workday / Prism ) and maintaining those solutions.
- Proven people management experience leading technical reporting, analytics or HR systems teams
- Experience managing enterprise reporting portfolios within complex HR data environments
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders across HR and Technology functions
- Strong understanding of reporting governance, controls, compliance, and operational delivery
- Experience managing reporting demand, prioritisation, backlog management, and resource planning
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Tableau or similar visualization platforms
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience supporting global regulatory and compliance reporting requirements
Key Competencies:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially minded with strong problem-solving ability
- High attention-to-detail, operational rigour and organizational skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
