OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Are you ready to architect the future of People Analytics for the world’s largest gaming operator?


We are at a pivotal moment in our evolution. As we scale our product base and push the boundaries of GenAI and advanced technology , the need for a visionary leader has never been greater. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Governance & Technology – a strategic powerhouse who can bridge the gap between complex technical architecture and robust governance.
 

You will not just manage a team; you will mentor the next generation of technical specialists, ensuring our Workday and PRISM ecosystems are secure, scalable, and future proof. You will be the guardian of our data health and the architect of a technology roadmap that keeps us ahead of the curve.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Governance: Architect and own the data health principles, reporting standards, and control frameworks for our global people reporting portfolio.
  • Regulatory Leadership: Act as the primary expert on Group Policy and external regulations, managing high-stakes regulatory responses and risk mitigation.
  • Technology Visionary: Design a high-impact technology roadmap that ensures our HR systems — including Workday and PRISM — integrate seamlessly and leverage emerging tech like GenAI .
  • People Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of technical specialists, building a culture of excellence, high performance, and clear succession planning.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as the critical link between People Analytics and broader HR Operations, ensuring global standards are met with precision.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the full lifecycle of reporting solutions, ensuring they are optimized for maximum business impact and security.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Seasoned Experience: A veteran leader with 15 to 20 years of overall professional experience.
  • Leadership Mastery: At least 8 years of proven experience in people management, with a track record of coaching technical SMEs into future leaders.
  • Domain Expertise: 5 to 8 years of deep specialization in HR Technology and Governance , including global reporting solutions (Workday/PRISM preferred).
  • Architectural Mindset: Demonstrated success in developing technology roadmaps and translating business needs into sophisticated technical outcomes.
  • Expert Communicator: The ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex technical jargon into actionable business strategy.
