OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE ​ 

Results-driven travel operations professional with expertise in managing corporate travel programmes at Flutter Entertainment, handling travel-related queries, and coordinating with third-party travel providers to ensure seamless employee travel experiences. Skilled in resolving travel issues efficiently, maintaining high service standards, and supporting global travel operations. Strong analytical abilities with experience in creating MI reports, analyzing travel data, compliance reporting, and monitoring traveler behavior to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement across global travel programmes.

KEY RESPOBSIBILITIES 

• Point of contact for travel queries, including by way of example:​

  • User access queries i.e. Profile Creation, updates.​

  • Supporting our Executive Assistants​

  • Guidance on travel bookings and policy​

• Complete multiple monthly and quarterly travel reports for business.​

• Liaise with the company’s Travel Management Company and other third-party travel providers on behalf of our travellers regarding complaints, technical issues or invoice/data queries.​

• Monitor external travel industry / market best practices, suggest improvement and innovations for the travel program.​

• Assist with the monitoring, reviewing and implementation of Global Travel Policies.​

• Assist the Travel Manager with the development, implementation and management of all travel vendor relationships and programs (agency, air, hotel, car rental, taxi, and other relevant travel services) ensuring compliance to service level agreements.​

• General administration of travel platforms as required.​

• Keeping the Travel Manager up to date on any travel issues.​

• Raise monthly travel PO’S across the group to support financial controls and governance.​

• Work with Finance to reconcile travel spend as required.​

• Flexible to work in US time zones/shifts to support global travel operations and stakeholder requirements.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE 

• Advanced Excel Skills is critical for the role. Candidate must be able to manipulate large volumes of data using VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Graphs. ​

• Strong data analytical skills. Candidate should have the ability to identify key points from the data and present it both visually and numerically key stakeholders. ​

• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential to success in this role.​

• Customer Focused.​

• Candidate must be tech savvy with the ability to use and understand our various travel platforms.​

• Candidate must be able to priorities tasks to ensure that the teams objectives are met in a timely manner.​

• Effective team player with excellent communication skills. Able to deal with colleagues at all levels of the business in a professional manner.​

• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive to completion effectively.​

• Ability to work on their own initiative and to engage effectively with a wider team.​

• Prior Travel management experience including knowledge of global travel platforms is desirable but not a necessity.​
