This is not a data-delivery role.

You will sit at the heart of Flutter's Strategic Workforce Planning initiative , translating complex people data into narratives that inform board-level decisions. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Workforce Planning & Executive Insights in Leeds, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the Flutter Group — not a technical operator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Insight development & analysis

Mine organisational and workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and strategic opportunities relevant to workforce planning decisions
Synthesise data-driven findings into clear, compelling narratives that connect people metrics to business outcomes
Collaborate with technical teams to access and validate data without owning technical delivery
Translate complex analytical concepts into business-relevant insights accessible to non-technical audiences

Strategic communication & influence

Develop executive summaries, strategic briefs, and board-level presentations that drive high-stakes decisions
Present findings to senior leaders and board members with clarity, confidence, and persuasive impact
Tailor communication depth and style to audience sophistication and decision context
Create visual and written materials that make people data accessible, credible, and actionable

Consultancy-style partnership

Adopt a consultative approach, partnering with business leaders to diagnose strategic workforce challenges
Ask probing questions that uncover root causes and opportunities beyond surface-level metrics
Challenge assumptions constructively and provide objective counsel on workforce strategy
Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across the Group

Technical collaboration

Work effectively with data engineers and analysts to scope, access, and validate insights
Understand technical capabilities and constraints without owning technical delivery

WHAT YOU WLL BRING

5-8 years in people analytics, HR strategy, workforce intelligence, or management consulting
A track record of influencing senior and executive audiences - not just producing reports

What You'll Do

Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion across AP globally, ensuring design and rollout aligns with global Procure-to-Pay policy
Conduct thorough testing of all Fusion functionality to ensure fit-for-purpose delivery and identify areas for improvement

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Project Lead to drive the delivery and adoption of complex, enterprise-wide People Analytics initiatives . Working across HR, HR Technology, Data Engineering, Security, Legal, and business teams, you will lead large-scale transformation programmes from inception through implementation and business adoption.

A key focus of this role will be delivering strategic initiatives such as Workday onboarding, People Analytics product implementations, and HR technology transformations that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead Strategic People Analytics Programmes

Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale People Analytics and HR technology initiatives.

Experience delivering Workday-related projects , including HCM, Reporting, Prism Analytics, or major platform enhancements.

Reporting directly to the group’s CFO, the Tax Director directs the Tax Team. This team heads a vital tax function spread across Flutter Group’s offices in London, Dublin, Leeds, and the Isle of Man. The Group operates internationally in numerous locations. The Tax Team works in close cooperation with the business to manage the Group’s tax responsibilities.

Our group dedicated to tax technology is essential for ensuring adherence to regulations and improving tax processes using advanced technology. The Tax Technology team belongs to the Group’s Finance Systems team but collaborates closely with the global Tax function. It is led by the Associate Director of Tax Technology.

Role Overview:

This role will mainly lead all automation efforts related to Tax. You will work closely with teams across Group Finance, the EPM finance group, the Compliance & Reporting tax team, and other important collaborators in the business. These include members from IT, data teams, and Finance teams in the Group's overseas locations.

What you will be responsible for:

Take charge of all automation activities concerning Tax.
Offer expertise in finance ERP, tax compliance, and reporting software. Lead improvement projects in these areas and provide mentorship to team members involved.
Collaborate with the Associate Director of Tax Technology and other team members to define and deliver a specific roadmap to provide an outstanding tax reporting solution.
Lead multiple tax technology projects, including defining requirements, testing, configuration, and managing data, ensuring alignment with team priorities.
Manage senior collaborators, including working closely with the Tax team to define tax requirements and necessary system updates.
Support the Tax teams through key cycles e.g. year end, quarterly reporting, indirect tax returns.
Proactively promote and develop tax use cases across systems, to deliver tax automation.
Stay informed about the newest tax rules and technology developments to guarantee the company stays compliant and competitive.
Continue to develop skills in relevant tax technology areas such as AI, Data Science, RPA and Machine Learning.
Assist in the development and deployment of tax technology solutions alongside the rest of the tax technology team.
Deliver training and assistance to team members.
Act as a mentor and support for junior team members, including assisting in developing project and collaborator management skills

How you will accomplish it

Minimum of 8-10 years in tax technology
Accountancy and/or Tax qualifications are preferential; understanding of general accounting principles and good commercial awareness essential
Solid knowledge of tax laws and compliance requirements.
Proficient in tax software solutions (Oracle EPM including TRCs a strong preference, but experience in other software encouraged e.g. Oracle ERP, Vertex, e-invoicing, Edge)
Experience in a similar role in-house or a large advisory firm. We are keen to hear from tax technology candidates with a strong tax technical background in either direct or indirect taxes.
Experience working with low code platforms like Alteryx or UI Path is preferred but not required
Experience working with Python/Java is preferred but not required
Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with collaborators at all levels, including for non-finance audiences
Analytical approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Agile and flexible, learning quickly when faced with new situations
Well organised and thorough, with close attention to detail and a proactive drive for continuous improvement
Proactively takes ownership of workstreams, ensuring timely delivery to a high standard and manages expectations of collaborators

Role Overview:

The Head of Security Operations and Engineering is responsible for protecting the organization through the design, build, and operation of scalable, resilient, and intelligence-driven security capabilities. This role leads the teams that detect, respond to, and prevent security threats while also engineering the platforms, tools, and automation that underpin those capabilities.

Sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution, the role ensures that security operations are not only effective in responding to incidents, but continuously improving through engineering excellence, threat intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. It combines real-time defense (e.g., monitoring, detection, incident response) with long-term capability building (e.g., tooling, automation, detection engineering, and platform integration) leaning into the opportunity of Agentic AI for faster analysis, detection & response.

The Head of Security Operations and Engineering partners closely with Security Architecture, Threat Intelligence, Engagement and Engineering teams to ensure that controls are operationalized, detections are meaningful, and response processes are efficient and repeatable. A key focus is reducing mean time to detect and respond (MTTD/MTTR), increasing visibility across the environment, and ensuring the organization can effectively defend against evolving threats.

The role is accountable for ensuring that security operations are proactive, intelligence-led, and tightly integrated with engineering—moving the organization from reactive defense to a mature, adaptive AI-enabled security posture.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and leading Security Operations and Engineering teams that will secure our global services.
Form an integral part of the Technology Operations leadership team, setting and executing our Cloud Security Strategy.
Work closely with our vendors including AWS, Wiz, Crowdstrike, Cata Networks, Cribl & Splunk to derive as much value from the partnerships as possible.

Reporting to the Group Treasury Senior Manager – Transformation, Integration & Projects, the Group Treasury Manager will play a key role in delivering treasury transformation initiatives across systems, processes, controls and operating models. The role will lead complex treasury workstreams across Project Polaris and broader strategic treasury initiatives, partnering closely with Treasury, Finance, Technology, Operations and external banking partners.

This role requires a strong combination of treasury knowledge, project delivery capability and stakeholder management experience. What you will be responsible for

As a Treasury Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our treasury transformation initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring flawless progress and delivery against agreed achievements, timelines, and objectives. You will:

Lead treasury transformation efforts across Project Polaris pillars, including Systems & Data, Process & Reporting, Organisation & People, and ICFR (Controls).

Support standardisation of banking structures, payment processes, and treasury controls across the Group.
Contribute to treasury integration activities relating to acquisitions, new market entries, and organisational change initiatives.
Drive operational readiness activities, including training, documentation, governance, and post-implementation support.

How you will accomplish it

To excel in this role, you will bring your expertise and proven track record in treasury management and transformation. You have:

5+ years’ experience within treasury, finance transformation, treasury operations, or related finance roles.
Solid knowledge of treasury functions, cash flow management, banking systems, and payment procedures.
Experience assisting treasury transformation initiatives, systems implementations, or operating model change programmes.
Knowledge of treasury systems, payment technologies, and banking connectivity solutions.

We are looking for a Client Funds Accountant to join our Client Funds & Reconciliations teams. The EPM ARCS team is responsible for efficient control and management of ~$400m of customer cash, the safeguarding of which is an integral part of Flutter’s strategy.

At Flutter, we are embarking on an exceptionally ambitious global finance transformation programme over the next two years. The focus is on aligning all Client Funds reconciliation processes into one unified model utilising EPM Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (“ARCS”).

The role involves developing a strong understanding of the Client Funds key control processes, building relationships across many departments, including Group Financial Control, Treasury, Global Revenue, Product and Data teams to ensure alignment and buy-in across all stakeholders. Flutter is a growing business, so there will be exposure to projects to integrate new products, payment methods and jurisdictions and the role will also play an integral role in working on key projects to integrate and align ways of working across the Flutter Group.

The Role

Reporting into the EPM ARCS Lead, the role will be to support the Client Funds team during a critical migration project.

This role bridges finance operations and systems transformation, ensuring accurate reconciliation processes are transitioned from legacy systems to a unified platform.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Create specifications for the unified reconciliation process with validated requirements.
Produce system architecture diagrams, process flowcharts, and user guides.
Maintain accurate records of process changes and a centralised repository of all system documentation.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the migration initiative.
Provide accounting expertise to inform system requirements and identify risk areas in the migration approach.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities, including test case development and results validation.

Process and validate large volumes of reconciliation data across payment channels and payment processors.

Prepare handover documentation and training materials for the BAU team.

Managing relationships across geographical locations, with many key stakeholders being situated in Dublin, London, the Isle of Man and Leeds.

What we’re looking for

Strong accountancy experience in industry, ideally with a qualification.
Experience in Finance Projects or change/transformation initiatives is essential.
Strong understanding of SOx and GAAP principles and the associated financial reporting requirements.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Oracle).

As part of the Global Finance Systems team, this role will primarily support Oracle Fusion Financials (Cloud) users in our Sportsbet business in Australia. The position requires working hours aligned to 9 AM to 6pm United States Eastern Standard Time/ 6pm to 3am Indian Standard Time.

The successful candidate will be an experienced specialist who can resolve routine queries with little oversight, apply expertise to analyse and solve problems without clear precedent, and escalate issues where appropriate. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide end-user support for issues, access requests, and queries in Oracle Fusion and other Finance applications.

An exciting opportunity exists to join Flutter’s Internal Controls Assurance team. We are seeking to hire a talented Internal Controls Manager to join the team. The ideal candidates will have experience working in an IT Controls function for a major multinational company or audit firm. The Flutter Internal Controls team is a key part of our governance framework and an important component of the second line of defense. A key Group-wide function, it is responsible for promoting high standards of internal controls to reduce financial risk, delivering the annual internal controls testing plan, and providing guidance to the business on what robust controls look like. The roles involve providing an independent opinion on the design adequacy of the control framework and providing objective assurance to confirm that the controls are operating as expected. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Audit Planning & Execution:

Planning and execution of internal controls testing plan under the guidance of IT Controls Assurance Lead in accordance with defined quality standards and deadlines.

Liaising with external auditors as required.

Team Management:

Managing the team of Analysts, Senior Analysts, to ensure their work is completed on time and supporting any queries.

Identification of skill gaps within the team and running formal/ informal training to upskill the team members.

Stakeholder Management:

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Indirect Tax Manager to join our dynamic team at Flutter. Reporting to the Head of Gaming Tax, the Indirect Tax Manager will manage and develop the Group’s gaming tax profile across several international jurisdictions. This role combines compliance and advisory responsibilities, requiring strong collaboration, commercial insight, and proactive risk management to ensure the Group pays an efficient amount of tax while maintaining strong control and governance.

Flutter Technology is seeking a strategic AI & Automation Enablement Lead to drive the adoption, capability building, and organisational readiness for our AI & Automation product suite, including Flutter Assistant, AI Hub, Workato, and emerging AI platforms. This role is fundamentally focused on ensuring that AI and automation products deliver their intended business value by architecting comprehensive enablement strategies that accelerate user engagement, competency development, and sustained platform utilisation across Flutter Functions.

You will act as the architect of adoption and change, bridging the gap between product delivery and business value realisation. Your remit encompasses designing and accomplishing training programs, creating compelling documentation and communication campaigns, establishing support models, and building communities of practice tailored to diverse user populations across the organisation. You will be the champion of the user journey, understanding barriers to adoption, crafting targeted interventions, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and peer support.

Success in this role requires a strategic approach combined with exceptional communication and change leadership skills. You will partner closely with AI & Automation Product Managers, the Enablement Engineering team, business leaders, HR, and Communications teams to orchestrate change initiatives that overcome resistance, build capability, and embed new ways of working into organisational culture. What you’ll do

Enablement Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive enablement strategies for AI & Automation products, defining user personas, capability maturity models, and tailored adoption pathways that address the diverse needs of Flutter Functions across multiple geographies and business units.
Training Program Design & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver multi-modal training programs (live sessions, e-learning, workshops, certifications) that accelerate user competency development, working with subject matter authorities to ensure technical accuracy and practical relevance while establishing clear learning objectives and competency frameworks for each platform.
Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly documentation including quick-start guides, video tutorials, FAQs, and use case libraries, ensuring content is accessible, searchable, and continuously updated based on user feedback and product evolution.
Change Management & Communications: Orchestrate organisation-wide change management initiatives, developing compelling communication campaigns that build awareness, generate excitement, and overcome resistance to new AI & automation capabilities, partnering with Communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Adoption Monitoring & Optimisation: Establish and supervise key adoption metrics (active users, feature utilisation, time-to-competency, NPS, support tickets), conducting regular analysis to identify adoption barriers, user experience issues, and opportunities for intervention or product improvement.
Support Model Development: Design and implement sustainable support models including tiered support structures, self-service resources, office hours, and issue pathways that reduce dependency on centralised teams while ensuring users receive timely, high-quality assistance.
Community Building & Peer Learning: Build and nurture communities of practice, champion networks, and peer learning programs that foster knowledge sharing, celebrate successes, and create sustainable networks of internal expertise and advocacy.

Vendor Collaboration: Work with external vendors (e.g., UiPath, Workato) to demonstrate their enablement resources, training materials, and certification programs, adapting vendor content to Flutter's specific context and requirements.
Governance & Standards: Collaborate with AI CoE’s and Product teams to establish and carry out enablement standards, ensuring training materials and support resources align with responsible AI principles, data protection requirements, and company policies.

What you’ll need:

5+ years of experience in enablement, change management, learning & development, or product adoption roles, preferably within technology, AI, automation, or enterprise software environments.
Proven record of designing and executing successful adoption programs for complex technical products, with proven achievement of adoption targets (e.g., >80% user adoption, high NPS scores).
Experience developing multi-modal training content and programs for diverse user populations, including hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
Strong change management experience, with familiarity in methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci, applied in organisational transformation contexts.
Demonstrated ability to establish and track adoption metrics, using data and analytics tools to measure program effectiveness and business value realisation.
Experience building communities of practice, champion networks, or user groups that drive peer learning and sustained engagement.
Familiarity with automation and AI platforms (e.g., UiPath, Workato, GenAI tools) or comparable enterprise technology products, with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them for non-technical audiences.

Role Overview:

As part of the Flutter Tech Global Services function, the Head of Security Operations & Engineering will mature and lead a diverse, multi-location, team of Engineers.. The role will develop a strategy and deliver a roadmap of change for Flutter Functions Security Operations.

You must be effective at articulating the business opportunity, promoting the secure cloud and code principles and methodologies required to reduce risk and achieve outcomes. You should be comfortable working with cross functional global teams in dynamic organisations, as the role will have interdependencies with non-tech teams internally, with our partners and with our own engineering teams across various functions, in various brands.

The right candidate will have experience working with enterprise organisations on large scale migration/modernisation transformation projects. This will have involved a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, coupled with a strong technical security understanding to provide confidence and answer questions. Furthermore, an ability to engage and help crystallise business benefits, demonstrate a passion and good understanding of cloud security, and a desire to help transform using cloud technologies, is a must.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and leading Security Operations and Engineering teams that will secure our global services.
Form an integral part of the Global Services leadership team, setting and executing our Cloud Security Strategy.
Define appropriate tooling requirements to support and secure our SaaS and cloud services and lead on all Procurement requirements, maintaining a cost conscious approach throughout.
Develop suitable operational and incident processes, working closely with Service Management to ensure satisfactory service and operational support.
Establish appropriate Risk and Vulnerability Management processes
Liaise with Data protection, Risk and Audit teams, understanding their requirements and ensuring our solutions meet them, as well as other required security compliance and regulatory standards.
Enhance the Security Operations Centre (SOC), ensuring solutions have appropriate security controls and are continuously monitored to protect the overarching service.
Work closely with other technology teamsensuring alignment of roadmaps and establish DevSecOps best practices with them.
Engage with other brand Security leaders ensuring knowledge sharing.
Provide training, mentoring, consulting, and knowledge transfer to team members.
Establish appropriate processes/procedures, policies and reporting (including KPIs) for all tooling and systems introduced.
Maintain full budget controland capacity of all security resources.

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required:

Experience of operating in a senior technology role within a fast-paced online/eCommerce organisation.

Experience of DevSecOps, including code pipeline security and using Agile philosophies/models.
