Role Purpose

The Project Manager will support the Head of Cyber Operations & Delivery in portfolio management, project management and business operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of Flutter's global cybersecurity initiatives and projects.

A successful candidate will be a top-tier project manager with a keen ability to anticipate and tackle strategic problems impacting the efficiency of the team.

Success in this position will require collaborating with a diverse group of security and technology professionals and a desire to learn about their mission areas.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Project Design & Delivery

Contribute to efforts within Cyber Operations & Delivery to apply standardized and repeatable project management methodologies, reporting structures and partner engagement models, ensuring consistent and quality delivery.
Lead project design efforts, translating multiple collaborator requirements, objectives and constraints into clear project plans with tangible achievements and target outcomes.
Responsible for the delivery of key cybersecurity projects including the management of multiple workstreams and collaborating with a diverse group of global collaborators
Establish project plans and manage schedules, issues, risks, dependencies, and overall status, including benefit tracking
Support other special projects as assigned

Partner Management & Engagement

Proactively keep all team members informed on progress, pre-empting delivery challenges and constraints and associated mitigations
Foster effective collaboration through clear definition and management of project objectives and goals
Establish strong working relationships across the Global Cyber team to facilitate the execution of the day-to-day responsibilities

Business Operations

Collaborate with Cyber Operations & Delivery colleagues to:
Ensure the delivery of cyber priorities is appropriately incorporated in business reviews, offsites and other strategic forums
Support the creation, tracking and reporting of Objectives and Key Results
Contribute to business planning efforts, working with partners to translate strategic objectives into clear, measurable outcomes.

Skills & Capabilities

Comfortable working with a diverse group of collaborators and ability to adapt to different styles of communication
Excellent time management and planning skills to minimize last minute data calls or taskings
Knowledge of Confluence and/or Jira a plus
Comfortable soliciting feedback and evolving process and approach accordingly
Comfortable asking questions and calling out areas of misalignment or concern
Comfortable adapting to a changing environment
An excellent communicator, dealing engaging and translating between multiple Technology and Business functions people at all levels communicating technical issues in clear language
Adept at identifying and addressing project impediments in a timely and effective way

Qualifications & Experience

5+yrs commercial experience in project management; ideally in technology space. business and/or a federated operating model
Experience working in security or technology
Demonstrable experience working with multi-disciplinary delivery teams across global locations and time zones

Role Summary

As our organization continues to expand across the globe, we are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead our People Change and Transformation Portfolio within Group HR Operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire landscape of HR projects and programmes, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver maximum business value. We are seeking a Principal Data Solution Architect to design and deliver distributed data platforms that power Flutter's applications across Gaming and Sportsbook. This role is focused on execution and solutions delivery – building scalable, high-performance data platforms that enable real-time and batch data processing at scale. The Principal Data Solution Architect will be responsible for architecting distributed data platforms including real-time streaming infrastructure, distributed compute platforms, object storage solutions, and SQL/NoSQL data stores. You will work closely with application teams, Product, and Engineering to design data solutions that serve business-critical applications, ensuring they can efficiently produce, consume, and process data at Flutter's scale. This role is pivotal to supporting Flutter Functions' data strategy through practical, executable solutions. You will need strong convictions about the right technical approaches for distributed systems, whilst being pragmatic and responsive to the immediate needs of application teams and business stakeholders. Data continues to be a strategic asset for Flutter. Our capability to process, stream, and serve data to applications in real-time is increasingly important as we strive to deliver the most compelling experience to our worldwide customer base across Gaming and Sportsbook.

What you’ll do

Drive platform capability improvements - continuously enhance distributed data platforms using knowledge of Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Pulsar, Cassandra, and object stores to maintain best-in-class capabilities
Enable application data consumption - understand how applications produce and consume data, designing solutions that enable efficient data access patterns, real-time streaming, and batch processing for application needs
Architect data streaming solutions - design and implement real-time data streaming architectures using Kafka and Pulsar, ensuring low-latency data delivery to downstream applications and services
Design distributed data structures - work with engineering teams to design effective data structures for distributed systems like Cassandra, optimizing for read/write patterns, scalability, and performance
Deliver cloud-native data solutions - architect and implement data platforms on AWS leveraging cloud native services, Databricks, object stores (S3), and distributed compute frameworks

What you’ll need:

Data streaming architecture – proven track record architecting and implementing real-time / low-latency data streaming platforms including patterns for event-driven architectures
OLTP, NoSQL and distributed databases – experience with Cassandra or similar distributed databases, understanding data structures, partitioning strategies, consistency models, and performance optimization, as well as OLTP databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL

Overview of the role

An exciting opportunity exists to join Flutter’s Internal Controls Assurance team. We are seeking to hire a talented Internal Controls Manager to join the team. The ideal candidates will have experience working in a Internal Controls function for a major multinational company. The Flutter Internal Controls team is a key part of our governance framework and an important component of the ‘second line of defence’. A key Group-wide function, it is responsible for promoting high standards of internal controls in order to reduce financial risk, delivering the annual internal controls testing plan, and providing guidance to the business on what robust controls look like. The roles involve providing an independent opinion on the design adequacy of the control framework and providing objective assurance to confirm that the controls are operating as expected.

What You’ll Do

Planning, preparation and completion of the assigned Internal Controls plan in accordance with defined quality standards and deadlines
Identifying, and where applicable, helping to implement Internal Controls
Setting and promoting high standards of work and ensuring high standard quality documentation and test scripts are delivered on a consistent and timely basis
Communicating and reporting deficiency findings to management
Monitoring management’s responses and implementation of agreed remediation plans
Ensuring effective business changes are introduced as a result of deficiency findings
Continuously communicating with Internal Controls Senior Management on the progress to plan
Managing the team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, ensuring their work is completed on time and supporting with any queries
Liaising with external auditors as required
Working with the Internal Controls Lead, internal controls colleagues and Finance / Business Heads, to improve internal control
Building strong professional relationships with peers and management in the business.
Collaborate with the teams of other key internal stakeholders who have ownership of the processes to be tested, to deliver the Internal Controls plan and address concerns they may have. This is likely to include teams reporting to Divisional CFOs and Divisional CIOs, and other senior members of the Group Functions such as Tax and Treasury.

Skills & Capabilities

Good project management and organisation skills, in order to be able to manage the delivery of one or several workstreams to short-term and long-term deadlines.
Good management skills, for directing the day-to-day activities of the internal and external support.
Strong communication skills, to be able to clearly articulate the status of work and the risks that may cause timetable or cost challenges
Good ICFR skills, covering business processes, is essential. This may be either be (1) at a Group level, covering group-wide process such as impairment and entity level controls or (2) at a transactional level, covering the standard financial reporting processes.
Some knowledge and skills to leverage IT contributions to ICFR, including but not limited to IT general controls and IT automated controls.
Able to operate in a fast-paced environment in a management role that is empowered to deliver change

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified accountant with PCAOB audit experience and post-qualification experience in a professional services or industry role
Experience of delivering ICFR activities day-to-day, across at least one whole financial year cycle
Experience of navigating material weakness or significant deficiency remediation is advantageous, but not essential.
Some experience of working in an environment experiencing significant finance transformation, such as a GRC implementation, global process owner deployment, an ERP implementation, or technology enablement of the annual ICFR cycle, is advantageous, but not essential.
Experience of US GAAP is advantageous, but not essential.
Experience of betting, gaming or online entertainment businesses is essential if bringing experience of ICFR at a transactional level, otherwise it is advantageous, but not essential, if bringing experience of ICFR at a Group level.

Measures of Success

Delivering the Internal Controls planned testing and assessments on time
Achieving an unqualified ICFR opinion from the external auditors for the year ended 31 December 2025
Maintaining an unqualified ICFR opinion from the external auditors across the period of finance transformation, most significantly in 2026 and 2027.
Building the foundations for a culture where ICFR is seen as a critical part of the Group’s external financial reporting, and where roles contributing to ICFR are seen to be excellent progression opportunities into more senior finance roles.

What You'll Do

Enterprise AI Platform Development: Design, build, and evolve Flutter's enterprise AI assistant and multi-agent platforms, creating intelligent systems that integrate seamlessly with internal applications, data sources, and workflows across the organisation.
LLM Inference & Integration: Work hands-on with LLM inference systems — including LiteLLM and AWS Bedrock — to build responsive, scalable, and cost-efficient AI applications, navigating model selection, routing, and deployment trade-offs.
Context Engineering & Prompt Architecture: Go beyond basic prompt engineering to architect sophisticated context pipelines — designing retrieval strategies, memory systems, and context windows that maximise model performance within real-world constraints.
Model Tokenomics & Performance Trade-offs: Apply a deep understanding of token economics — balancing latency, cost, context length, and model capability to make informed architectural decisions across production AI systems.
Guardrails & Safety Systems: Implement robust model constraint and guardrail frameworks to ensure AI outputs are safe, compliant, and aligned with Flutter's Responsible AI Policy and regulatory obligations across 20+ markets.
Agentic AI Development: Build and deploy sophisticated agent architectures using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Strands, ADK (Agent Development Kit) , and similar tools — creating multi-step reasoning systems, tool-using agents, and orchestration layers that solve complex enterprise problems.
Full-Stack AI Solutions: Deliver end-to-end AI applications, owning the problem from model integration through backend services to user-facing interfaces — demonstrating the ability to work across the full stack when the problem demands it.
API & Integration Development: Design and implement integrations using AWS services (Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway) and modern protocols including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and REST/streaming APIs.
Security-First Development: Bring a security-oriented mindset to all AI development — considering prompt injection risks, data leakage vectors, authentication flows (OAuth, JWT), access control, and safe handling of sensitive enterprise data from the ground up.
AI-Augmented Engineering Practices: Embrace and champion agentic development practices, using tools such as Claude Code, OpenCode, GitHub Copilot , and similar AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and explore new approaches to software development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams across Flutter's global organisation to deliver AI solutions that drive measurable business impact.

What You'll Need

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related STEM field, with 3–4 years of hands-on AI/ML or software development experience.
Core Python Skills: Solid Python proficiency, including experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, async programming patterns, and clean, maintainable code practices.
LLM Inference Systems: Practical experience working with LLM inference platforms — particularly AWS Bedrock and/or LiteLLM — including model routing, API integration, and managing inference at scale.
Context Engineering: Demonstrated understanding of context window management, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt structuring, and the trade-offs involved in designing effective context pipelines.

Highly Desirable Skills

Full-Stack Experience: Demonstrated ability to work across the full stack — experience with React, TypeScript , and modern frontend patterns alongside backend and AI integration work, with examples of end-to-end problem ownership.

Flutter Functions' AI & Automation team is looking for an expert AI Engineering Lead to build and lead a unit of 2–3 AI developers. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Set the technical direction for our enterprise AI assistant and agent platforms, making architectural decisions across LLM inference, agentic frameworks, context engineering, guardrails and system design .
Own the selection, deployment and optimisation of LLM inference systems including AWS Bedrock and LiteLLM , with a focus on model routing, cost, latency and operational excellence.
Design production-grade context pipelines, RAG systems and prompt architectures , establishing patterns, standards and evaluation practices for the team.
Guide architectural decisions around token economics, context limits, latency budgets and capability-to-cost trade-offs .
Establish robust guardrails, security and Responsible AI practices , addressing prompt injection, data leakage, authentication, access control and sensitive data handling across regulated markets.
Make informed technology choices across agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Strands and ADK , and establish scalable orchestration and tool-use patterns.

People Leadership

Build, lead and mentor a pod of 2–3 AI developers , supporting their technical and career growth.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED

Core Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI or a related STEM field , with 8–12 years of software development experience, including 2–3+ years focused on AI/ML or agentic systems development.
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams , with the ability to establish technical direction and drive delivery through others.
Advanced Python and backend engineering skills, including production experience with FastAPI, Flask and async patterns .
Hands-on expertise with AWS Bedrock, LiteLLM or similar LLM inference platforms , including model routing, API design, cost optimisation and production deployment.
Strong experience in context engineering, RAG and prompt architecture , and ability to evaluate trade-offs and design production-grade solutions.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a technically proficient Finance EPM ARCS Senior Analyst to manage the technical configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of our ARCS environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EPM ARCS with experience in ARCS development projects, system administration, data integration, and technical support. The Head of Systems, Risk & Controls is accountable for defining and delivering the strategy for finance systems, risk management, and internal controls across the Group. OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

The SRPM Analyst will liaise with supplier owners, to check and challenge segmentation responses, validating the result.
The SRPM Analyst will be responsible for supporting supplier owners with the ongoing Risk and Performance monitoring of suppliers, ensuring suppliers are being managed as per the requirements of the SRPM framework, as per the suppliers segmentation result.
The SRPM Analyst will review and manage ongoing risk alerts and understand the appropriate escalations and assurance in each circumstance.

The Senior Compensation Specialist provides specialist support to the Senior Compensation Manager – Pay Equity and Transparency, helping ensure Flutter remains compliant with global pay legislation and delivers clear, consistent pay equity reporting and communications. Role Overview:

As part of the Flutter Tech Global Services function, the Head of Security Operations & Engineering will mature and lead a diverse, multi-location, team of Engineers.. The role will develop a strategy and deliver a roadmap of change for Flutter Functions Security Operations.

You must be effective at articulating the business opportunity, promoting the secure cloud and code principles and methodologies required to reduce risk and achieve outcomes. You should be comfortable working with cross functional global teams in dynamic organisations, as the role will have interdependencies with non-tech teams internally, with our partners and with our own engineering teams across various functions, in various brands.

The right candidate will have experience working with enterprise organisations on large scale migration/modernisation transformation projects. This will have involved a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, coupled with a strong technical security understanding to provide confidence and answer questions. Furthermore, an ability to engage and help crystallise business benefits, demonstrate a passion and good understanding of cloud security, and a desire to help transform using cloud technologies, is a must.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and leading Security Operations and Engineering teams that will secure our global services.
Form an integral part of the Global Services leadership team, setting and executing our Cloud Security Strategy.
Define appropriate tooling requirements to support and secure our SaaS and cloud services and lead on all Procurement requirements, maintaining a cost conscious approach throughout.
Develop suitable operational and incident processes, working closely with Service Management to ensure satisfactory service and operational support.
Establish appropriate Risk and Vulnerability Management processes
Liaise with Data protection, Risk and Audit teams, understanding their requirements and ensuring our solutions meet them, as well as other required security compliance and regulatory standards.
Enhance the Security Operations Centre (SOC), ensuring solutions have appropriate security controls and are continuously monitored to protect the overarching service.
