Job Description

We are seeking a Product Owner to help shape and continuously improve our Sportsbook platform, taking ownership of defined features and initiatives from discovery through delivery and post-launch. You will work within a structured product team, partnering closely with a senior Product Manager while having meaningful ownership of your assigned product areas.

As you demonstrate impact, sound judgement, and domain mastery, you will progressively take on broader ownership and greater autonomy. This role offers a clear path for developing your expertise in product discovery, prioritisation, stakeholder management, and the Sportsbook domain.

Key Responsibilities

Create clear and comprehensive product requirements by writing user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and providing visual aids such as wireframes and flowcharts when needed, ensuring development teams have the information needed to achieve the desired outcomes.

Participate in and contribute to product discovery for assigned initiatives, generating hypotheses, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions in close collaboration with the Product Manager, senior colleagues, product designers, data analysts, and engineering teams.

Manage and prioritise the product backlog for assigned features and initiatives , working closely with the Product Manager to ensure priorities reflect business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.

Contribute to product direction and strategy for assigned initiatives, ensuring that feature decisions align with the broader product vision, strategic goals, and customer needs.

Work closely with development teams by answering questions, clarifying requirements, resolving product-related issues, and helping remove blockers to facilitate timely product delivery.

Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure successful product outcomes. Define success metrics for your initiatives where appropriate, track them through delivery and post-launch, and report progress and learnings to the Product Manager.

Communicate updates on product releases and the status of ongoing development efforts to the broader organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new product releases, ensuring that functionality meets the agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.

Maintain product documentation and internal wikis, ensuring they are always up-to-date and accessible for relevant teams.

Conduct demos and training sessions for stakeholders on new product concepts and releases, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption.

Continuously assess the live product , identifying areas for improvement and addressing gaps between the expected and actual user experience. Develop improvement proposals and work with the Product Manager to prioritise and implement them.

Key Requirements

Must

2–4 years of Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent product role experience , with demonstrable ownership of features through the full delivery lifecycle - from discovery through post-launch.

Solid experience managing and prioritising a product backlog , working closely with the Product Manager and development teams to deliver value incrementally.

Solid experience with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) , including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, iterative environments.

Experience writing clear, actionable user stories and defining well-structured acceptance criteria, ensuring development teams and stakeholders have a shared understanding of requirements and intended outcomes.

Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams , including engineering, data, product design, business analysis, marketing, and operations.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills , with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, make informed trade-offs, and drive resolution across both product development and live operations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and accessible way for non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable but Not Required

A solid understanding of backend systems , including architecture, databases, APIs, and microservices.

Prior experience in the gambling, betting, gaming, or sportsbook industry will be considered a plus.

An interest in sports, sports betting, or the broader gambling industry is an advantage and can help build domain knowledge quickly.

What success looks like in this role

Within the first 6 months, you will have led the delivery of at least one product initiative as the primary Product Owner, with PM oversight - produced high-quality specifications that required minimal rework, and demonstrated consistent, proactive communication with your team and stakeholders.

Within 12 months, you will be operating with increasing autonomy, contributing meaningfully to discovery with reduced reliance on PM guidance, and demonstrating a growing command of the domain and its technical underpinnings.

The Finance Manager is a key role within Group Financial Control, responsible for supporting the accounting, reporting and control environment for VAT and Corporate Tax across the Group. The role will own the month-end accounting process for tax-related entities and balances, support tax compliance activities, and partner closely with the Group Tax function to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

The position requires a technically strong finance professional with the ability to lead people, manage multiple competing tasks and deliver meaningful process improvements across the organisation

Strategic vision, proven leadership and experience of excellence in people management, within a complex multinational environment, are prerequisites for the role. Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills are also essential. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate commercial acumen/experience and must have solid experience of building and maintaining strong and productive working relationships across a broad range of senior and demanding internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Assume responsibility for the month-end close process for a portfolio of legal entities, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of tax-related balances and transactions.
Review balance sheet reconciliations across Group VAT and Corporate Tax entities, ensuring balances are appropriately supported, understood, and reported.
Investigate and resolve VAT and tax-related reconciling items and accounting issues identified through the reconciliation process.
Prepare and review VAT adjustment journals to guarantee adherence to local VAT rules and the accurate accounting treatment of transactions.
Offer pre-compliance assistance to the Tax team, including data validation, reconciliations, analysis, and issue identification to aid the accurate and timely preparation of VAT returns.
Support the preparation and submission of VAT and Corporation Tax returns, working closely with the Group Tax team and external advisors where required.
Serve as a primary Finance collaborator to the Tax function, offering accounting support, analysis, and insight on tax-related matters.
Offer assistance and direction to Finance teams regarding VAT-related accounting and reporting issues occurring during the reporting cycle.
Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards, SOX requirements, and Group ICFR policies.
Direct the accounting and reporting process to fulfill scheduled deadlines, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial information.
Lead, develop, and supervise the performance of three Finance Analysts, providing support, direction, and development opportunities.
Own and maintain Oracle and FCCS processes within the team, ensuring efficient and accurate financial reporting.
Support the completion of internal and external audits by providing timely information and resolving queries effectively.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the Central VAT cost centre, providing meaningful analysis and commentary.
Collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Tax, and the wider business to improve processes, strengthen controls, and drive efficiencies.
Find opportunities for automation and continuous improvement, helping to reduce manual processes and enhance reporting quality.
Maintain robust documentation of key processes and controls and ensure procedures remain fit for purpose as systems and business requirements evolve.
Support Finance transformation and other strategic projects as required.

How You’ll Do It

A certification as an accountant with over 3 years of experience in a comparable setting, showing a demonstrated history in financial reporting and analysis.
Experience in a US GAAP/SOX setting (advantageous).
Experience supporting VAT accounting, indirect tax compliance, and tax reporting processes within a large multinational or shared services environment (advantageous).
Keen attention to detail and a drive to improve quality.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of challenging colleagues and managing the performance of direct reports effectively.
The skill to clearly and professionally communicate financial concepts to staff without a financial background.
Comfort working with large volumes of data and in highly automated environments.
A collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Experience with Oracle ERP, FCCS, or similar financial systems (advantageous).
Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

What you will be responsible for

Role Overview:

The Head of Security Engagement & Enablement is responsible for building a security-first culture across the organization by driving awareness, engagement, and capability development. This role bridges the gap between technical security teams and the wider business, ensuring that security practices are understood, adopted, and embedded into daily operations. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Security Engagement Strategy

Stakeholder Management

Awareness & Training

Oversee our training and awareness service, ensuring that the message and content remains relevant, focused and drives the required behaviours

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of security enablement and engagement professionals. Work closely with Security Architects on strategic priorities

What you’ll do

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a technically proficient Finance EPM ARCS Senior Analyst to manage the technical configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of our ARCS environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EPM ARCS with experience in ARCS development projects, system administration, data integration, and technical support. Team Management:

Managing the team of Analysts, Senior Analysts, to ensure their work is completed on time and supporting any queries.

Identification of skill gaps within the team and running formal/ informal training to upskill the team members.

Stakeholder Management:

Identifying and communicating IT control deficiencies to management along with monitoring of management’s responses as well as implementation of agreed remediation plans.

Continuously communicating with Internal Controls Senior Management on the progress to plan.

Working with the Internal Controls Lead, internal controls colleagues and Finance / Business Heads, to improve internal control environment.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO HAVE

More than 8-10 years of PCAOB audit experience and experience in professional services or industry roles.

Experience delivering ICFR activities on a day-to-day basis.

Good ICFR skills, covering IT processes, are essential.

IT Audit (CISA), or IT Security (CISM, CISSP) qualifications required

Experience of navigating material weakness or significant deficiency of remediation is advantageous, but not essential.

What You’ll Do

Work on projects related to finance transformation as required. As part of the ongoing Polaris project, work with the systems teams, Deloitte, and other collaborators to align on design and implementation of new finance systems, such as intercompany workbench and ARCS.
Be a key stakeholder in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), discovery Workshops and implementation of a new finance ERP tool across multiple jurisdictions and currencies.
Work in conjunction with the transfer pricing team and tax teams on the accounting for Intercompany arrangements.
Prepare intercompany and statutory reporting and improve processes around intercompany.
Be involved in the maintenance and improvement of internal controls. Work with internal controls team and the external auditors to ensure compliance with SOX requirements and provide evidence and walkthroughs when needed.
Continuous development of reports to meet senior management requirements.
Prepare and post monthly journal postings in compliance with SOX scoping requirements, including internal and external debt postings, interest, FX, monthly recharges and transfer pricing for certain divisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key team members, both those within Intercompany and statutory reporting and those within the Global Finance organisation more broadly such as Treasury and Tax, external auditors, different Flutter brands and divisions and regulators.
Other ad-hoc projects including support on the onboarding and integration of further businesses as the Division pursues inorganic growth opportunities.

How You’ll Do It

Qualified accountant with strong academic credentials (e.g., honors degree) and experience gained in industry or practice, preferably in a plc/multi-national environment, 0-2 years PQE.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Strategic Intelligence team transforms emerging trends and internal data into actionable insights that guide strategic technology decisions. As a Strategic Intelligence Partner, you'll deliver analytical support and research capabilities, combining data interpretation, market research, competitive analysis, and insight generation to support technology leadership decision-making. Translating emerging technology signals into recommendations that shape Flutter's future, synthesising external technology trends with internal priorities and data to deliver insights that move the organisation, not just inform it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Research & Analysis

Conduct research on workforce analytics, emerging technology trends, technology-related risks.
Analyze large datasets (workforce, procurement, financial) to identify statistical trends and anomalies that inform strategic recommendations and connect technology decisions to commercial outcomes
Validate AI-generated insights using analytical expertise and organizational knowledge
Support scenario planning and risk modelling for technology investment decisions

Stakeholder Support & Communication

Prepare briefing materials and presentations that translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for senior technology leaders
Support workshop preparation and content development for executive sessions

Thought Leadership & Content

Support strategy papers and industry analyses on emerging technology trends
Conduct benchmarking against comparable technology organisations and analysis
Support external representation through conference materials and research summaries

Quality & Collaboration

Drive continuous improvement of analytical processes and methodologies, including where Strategic Intelligence can be delivered as a self-serve product to our partners
Share knowledge and standard processes across the team

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3-5 years in analytical, research, or consulting roles (technology or fast-paced environments)
Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with validated data interpretation ability
Experience making pitches to and preparing materials for senior business leaders
Excellent communication—translating sophisticated information into clear insights
A genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and their business applications

Desirable:

Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
Strategy consulting or corporate strategy team experience
Technology sector background or expertise
Research methodology training or equivalent analytical skills development
International experience or cultural awareness

You'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Flutter's financial controls by managing corporate bank account reconciliations and retail cash operations. This position is integral to Flutter's Global Financial Control strategy, safeguarding cash across our corporate accounts and supporting our retail operations.

What You'll Do

Prepare corporate bank account reconciliations according to tight reporting deadlines (daily/weekly/monthly), ensuring outstanding items are resolved on a timely basis
Reconcile and manage retail store cash floats and bank accounts
Complete month-end bank reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain excellent relationships with colleagues across Finance, Retail, Payments and Online Operations teams, proactively responding to queries and urgent issues
Manage relationships across geographical locations, with key stakeholders in Dublin
Communicate effectively and timely with managers and team members
Identify potential risks within the financial control framework and raise awareness of control issues

We are looking for a dynamic End User & Technical Support Specialist (1 year contract due to Maternity Leave Replacement) to join our End User & Technical Support Department .

Our ideal candidate is passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. The selected candidate will provide technical assistance to employees by troubleshooting hardware and software issues. He/She will manage support tickets, installs and configures software, maintains IT equipment, and ensures smooth system operations.

As the first point of contact for technical issues, this role offers solutions and helps maintain a stable IT environment for the organization.

What you'll do:

Efficiently resolve trouble tickets via phone and chat in both Italian and English.
Process IMAC requests utilizing IT Service Management tools.
Administer user accounts and manage licensing operations using the Microsoft 365 Suite for both on-premises and cloud environments.
Configure and administer devices using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) for Windows and Microsoft Intune for Windows (co-managed), macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
Implement OS, applications, configurations, and policies deployment across multiple devices.

What you'll bring:

Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Help Desk or in a similar role.
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or technical certification in a related field is a plus.
Ability to provide remote support with a focus on high levels of service quality.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and adapt to varying schedules.
Able to work in a team and availability for quick transfers.
Proficiency in Italian and English is essential.
Experience with device configuration and user administration through Microsoft 365 Suite, MECM (SCCM), and Microsoft Intune. (preferable)

**Work Schedule**

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 20:00; Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, 09:00 - 18:00, on a rotating shift basis. Most weekends are free every month.
