OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Reporting into a product owner the Senior Product Analyst (Payroll, Absence & Time) will lead on the design, configuration, and optimisation of Workday changes (e.g. technical enhancements) across the P, A & T area of the Global People Technology suite. The role will support the business to solve problems by assessing needs, understanding requirements, investigating potential solutions, escalating issues as they arise and ensuring the successful launch of new functionality related to a specialist product area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Specialist in P, A & T solution design within Workday and associated technologies for change requests and new releases, giving recommendations where appropriate.
Drive the configuration of P, A & T changes within Workday and bolt on systems, taking more ownership on certain platforms as required.
Second line tech support for P, A & T queries, liaising with the Customer Experience and Centre of Excellence teams to assist with technology related queries.
Identify initiatives surrounding the continual improvement of Workday’s P, A & T configuration.
Support the Product Owners with cross-functional initiatives and projects across the team as required.
Support the Product Owners with strategic initiatives and implementation for new Flutter employee populations or technologies.
Act as specialist regarding the relevant capabilities/limitations and business processes within the Talent Product area.
Maintain awareness, understanding and knowledge of all functionalities related to P, A & T.
Participate in product and project meetings

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE

Strong level of experience with Workday P, A & T configuration.
Certification in Workday P, A & T is preferred.
Fair understanding of HR processes preferred - particularly joiner, mover, leaver processes.

The role

The Senior Engineering Manager (Maternity Cover) provides tactical and strategic leadership, oversight and direction to multi-discipline team members that span multiple concurrent projects. Position: Client Funds Accountant (ARCS/FPT) – 12-Month FTC

Reporting to: Client Funds Manager

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Client Funds & Reconciliations team, which is responsible for efficient control and management of ~$400m of customer cash, the safeguarding of which is an integral part of Flutter’s strategy. Reporting into the Client Funds Manager, the role will be responsible for month end balance sheet accounting activities across multiple brands and currencies, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

At Flutter, we are embarking on an exceptionally ambitious global finance transformation programme over the next two years. As part of this, an exciting project within the Client Funds team has arisen to help align all Client Funds processes into one unified model utilising EPM Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (“ARCS”). This role will play a lead role in supporting the delivery of this project.

The role involves developing a strong understanding of the Client Funds key control processes, building relationships across many departments, including Group Financial Control, Treasury, Global Revenue, Product and Data teams to ensure alignment and buy-in across all stakeholders. Flutter is a growing business, so there will be exposure to projects to integrate new products, payment methods and jurisdictions and the role will also play an integral role in working on key projects to integrate and align ways of working across the Flutter Group.

Key Responsibilities

Lead transformation project workstreams, supporting the Client Funds Manager on delivery.
Work with internal data teams and third-party providers to design and deliver key reporting used for reconciliations.
Utilising EPM Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (“ARCS”), collaborate with stakeholders from finance teams as well as EPM technical specialists to gather business requirements for onboarding reconciliations into ARCS.
Run testing and support the migration of reconciliations from the legacy process to ARCS TM.
Input data into revenue file builds and validate against third-party statements from payment processors, identifying and resolving discrepancies between internal records and external statements.
Design and document transaction mapping specifications, identifying field-to-field relationships and transformation logic between different systems to ensure seamless integration.
Maintain accurate project planning records for presentation to senior leadership.
Support the Client Funds Manager with the end-to-end cash reconciliation process, from customer deposit through to balance sheet sign off.
Maintain strong internal controls over balance sheet accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Review and sign off for monthly reconciliations and key controls, as required.
Ensure all process documentation is current, accurate, and reflects actual business practices through regular reviews and updates.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders – both within Client Funds and Finance, and externally.
Effective and timely communication with the Client Funds Manager, including reporting of any material financial exceptions and liabilities as they arise.

Managing relationships across geographical locations, with many key stakeholders being situated in Dublin, London, the Isle of Man and Leeds.
Awareness of the financial control framework, identifying and highlighting any potential risks.

Skills and Experience

3+ years of accountancy experience in industry.
Experience in Finance Projects or change/transformation initiatives is essential.
Strong understanding of SOx and GAAP principles and the associated financial reporting requirements.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Oracle).
Expertise in high volume reconciliations, with revenue to cash experience.
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, combined with a proactive approach to work and a desire to progress.
A working knowledge of EPM ARCS would be advantageous.
Ability to analyse and draw conclusions from large volumes of data and communicate and present results precisely.
Professional, combined with good time management, organisational and multi-tasking skills.
High level of attention to detail and trustworthiness due to sensitive nature of customer information.
Proactivity and innovation – capacity to take the initiative to identify improvements in process and assist management in implementation.

The role will manage Coupa incidents in real time ensuring that any impact to our customers will be minimal and managed professionally and within agreed SLA’s.
The deployment of Coupa will entail numerous phases over a number of years. This role should aim to be persistent in the pursuit of service excellence. You will set the tone and ask the right questions of internal and external suppliers and customers. You will have full responsibility for Coupa incidents raised to Group and ensure they are correct followed up and resolved.
Working with all the brands and divisions across flutter will ensure you are driving collaboration and operational excellence. You will build up a large knowledge base across the group to ensure you can get incidents resolved and queries answered within agreed SLAs (service level agreements).
In Flutter Group we want to establish a procurement technology support function with a global mindset that brings all our brands closer together to support our group services.

KEY RESPOBSIBILITIES

As an IT Analyst your responsibilities will vary depending on the specific needs of the programme at a point in time. Below is an indicative list of responsibilities for the role:
Highlighting any break in service to key services and raise incidents quickly engaging required teams to resolve impact and restore services to customers
Need to be able to prioritise and troubleshoot inbound tickets
Working closely with technology teams to ensure that we are resolving incidents efficiently and chasing the right team to maintain stability to our services
Responsible for day-to-day incident and ticket escalation to technical teams across the group, ensuring there is no delay in getting issues in front of the correct teams
Significant Service on-call experience, working as part of an incident response team to restore services, provide support and guidance, and ensure stakeholders are updated at regular intervals. Additionally, provide support and experience to prepare other Service team members for the on-call rotation.
The specialist will always ensure we have a ‘how do we improve’ thinking to all issues that occur to production. Always asking how do we bring teams together to resolve issues across all brands and divisions? How do we improve our processes and how do we make it easy to do business with Group production operations
Providing clear and concise comms to all stakeholders during impactful incidents, making sure updates are provided in the correct channels and all follow up questions are answered

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT operations role with a proven ability to handle incidents in a highly pressurised environment
Prior experience working within an ERP / Procurement Suites (for example: Coupa) Technologies environment and the associated understanding of procurement terminology
Collaborate with multiple teams ensuring that nobody take a blame attitude. Helping teams to work closely together
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills as candidate will have to deal with all areas of the company

Role Overview / Purpose:

The CRE Shared Services Assistant provides centralized operational and administrative support to the global Corporate Real Estate (CRE) organization, which includes CRE Operations, CRE Infrastructure, and CRE Risk & Compliance.

This role is vital in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across procurement, financial tracking, utilities management, event coordination, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, and CRE teams across regions to ensure seamless service delivery and data consistency.

The position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who wants to grow in corporate operations, reporting, and digital process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Financial Support

Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for all CRE teams globally using Oracle iProcurement.
Support cost centre mapping, GL code setup, and ensure financial data alignment with Procurement and Finance.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier payment issues in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
Maintain and update supplier deal sheets for onboarding, renewals, and contract tracking.

Data & Reporting

Collect and validate global utilities data (electricity, water, natural gas) and upload into Salesforce for sustainability reporting.
Support the CRE Shared Services Analyst in preparing reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, SharePoint).
Maintain data accuracy within CRE systems such as Corrigo, Asana, SharePoint, and CAFM tools.

Systems & Operations

Manage the Corrigo tool: set up new locations, add assets, and schedule Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
Handle shared mailboxes for global CRE support, ensuring requests are prioritized and resolved promptly.
Coordinate event logistics (room bookings, catering, AV setup, etc.) and support local/global activities.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.

Collaboration & Service Delivery

Liaise with teams across CRE Operations, Infrastructure, and Risk & Compliance to ensure consistency and compliance.
Provide administrative support for supplier meetings, audits, and governance activities.
Demonstrate strong responsiveness, communication, and stakeholder management.

Essential Skills and Experience:

1–2 years of experience in administrative, shared services, or operational support roles (preferably within a corporate or property environment).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional-level PowerPoint skills – ability to create structured and visually appealing reports and presentations.

Role Overview:

As part of the Flutter Tech Global Services function, the Head of Security Operations & Engineering will mature and lead a diverse, multi-location, team of Engineers.. The role will develop a strategy and deliver a roadmap of change for Flutter Functions Security Operations.

You must be effective at articulating the business opportunity, promoting the secure cloud and code principles and methodologies required to reduce risk and achieve outcomes. You should be comfortable working with cross functional global teams in dynamic organisations, as the role will have interdependencies with non-tech teams internally, with our partners and with our own engineering teams across various functions, in various brands.

The right candidate will have experience working with enterprise organisations on large scale migration/modernisation transformation projects. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and leading Security Operations and Engineering teams that will secure our global services.
Form an integral part of the Global Services leadership team, setting and executing our Cloud Security Strategy.
Define appropriate tooling requirements to support and secure our SaaS and cloud services and lead on all Procurement requirements, maintaining a cost conscious approach throughout.

We are seeking a highly skilled and expert Head of SOX ITGC and Technology GRC to join the Flutter Functions Cybersecurity team within Flutter Functions Technology Operations department. The Head of SOX IT General Controls (ITGC) and Technology Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) is responsible for leading and continuously improving Flutter Functions’ IT control environment, with primary accountability for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT compliance and broader technology risk governance.

What you’ll do :

Liaison and relationship building with the Divisions and other departments (e.g. Treasury) to aid the efficient accomplishment of daily tasks.

The Red Team Engineer acts as a proactive Infosec staff member with an offensive mindset, focused on identifying and demonstrating realistic high impact attack scenarios. They design and execute real cyber-attacks against multiple
targets with the purpose of achieving pre-defined goals. They also prepare technical and business-oriented reports describing the performed exercises, their results and mitigation recommendations. These need to be easily understood

What You’ll Do

Responsible for the management of intercompany recharges and relationships with certain divisions across the Group.
Work with tax ensure completeness of transfer pricing and cross charges across each of the Group entities.
Support the improvement of internal controls. Work with internal controls team and the external auditors to ensure compliance with SOx requirements and provide process notes or walkthroughs where needed, particularly with respect to transfer pricing requirements that fall under Group Intercompany.
Manage projects related to finance transformation as required. As part of the ongoing Polaris project, work with the systems teams, Deloitte, and other stakeholders to align on design and implementation of Intercompany systems, such as ARCS reconciliation tool.
Work with VAT to ensure compliance with VAT requirements.
Work closely with Group Reporting to meet month-end financial close requirements and ensure intercompany balances and transactions eliminate across the Group.
Provide financial support and advice to the division’s operational business units and FP&A regarding intercompany recharges, where applicable.
Oversee the preparation of statutory financial reporting for the Group’s legal entities as required by local jurisdictions, liaising with various teams across the Group, including local finance teams, Tax, Legal, Company Secretarial etc.
Design efficient processes and procedure enhancements for all aspects of intercompany (utilising essential systems including Oracle, Alteryx, AGIS and in-house AI tools).
Ensure any legal entity reporting adjustments are properly tracked, supported and reflected in the accounting recording system (Oracle), as applicable.
Support Tax on tax accounting and external tax audits or investigation.

We are looking for a Financial Accountant in our Record to Report (RTR) space, that will deliver financial and management information to all internal and external stakeholders. This role will focus predominantly on accounting and reporting for OpEx costs within the GFC team, across Flutter Functions & UKI. This will include being involved in the management of specific operating expenses and the reporting of monthly results to the business, along with analysis.

What You’ll Do

Assist with the production of month end numbers for Flutter Functions & UKI, within Group Reporting deadlines
Operate a robust cost accruals process to ensure that costs are correctly accrued within the time constraints of a fast-close environment
Review all significant variances for areas of responsibility flagging key variances in advance of close
Standardise, and automate where possible, month end tasks to improve month end timelines
Continuously review processes to find efficiencies in ways of working and opportunities to implement AI initiatives
Complete balance sheet reconciliations within set deadlines
Proactively engage with assigned budget owners to improve processes and procedures around monthly accruals
Continuously review processes and procedures in line with changes in systems and the requirements of the business
Ensure processes and procedures are documented and robust
Proactively engage in cross training initiatives
Other tasks that may be assigned as appropriate
Work collaboratively with related finance teams to achieve wider finance/organisational goals and efficiencies
Pursue opportunities to reduce the monthly close process duration without impacting the quality of the information produced
Ensure processes and procedures within area of responsibility are documented and robust
Work with all teams within the GFC as part of accounts production / close process to ensure accurate and timely accounting information is produced in accordance with their requirements
Support Commercial Finance in the budget and forecasting process to meet Group timelines

How You’ll Do It

To succeed in this role, you should have:

A qualification as an accountant with 2+ years working in a similar environment, demonstrating a proven track record in financial reporting and analysis

An exciting opportunity exists to join Flutter’s Internal Controls Assurance team. We are seeking to hire a talented Internal Controls Manager to join the team. The ideal candidates will have experience working in an IT Controls function for a major multinational company or audit firm. The Flutter Internal Controls team is a key part of our governance framework and an important component of the second line of defense. A key Group-wide function, it is responsible for promoting high standards of internal controls to reduce financial risk, delivering the annual internal controls testing plan, and providing guidance to the business on what robust controls look like. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Audit Planning & Execution:

Liaising with external auditors as required.

Team Management:

Managing the team of Analysts, Senior Analysts, to ensure their work is completed on time and supporting any queries.

Identification of skill gaps within the team and running formal/ informal training to upskill the team members.

Stakeholder Management:

Identifying and communicating IT control deficiencies to management along with monitoring of management’s responses as well as implementation of agreed remediation plans.

Continuously communicating with Internal Controls Senior Management on the progress to plan.

Working with the Internal Controls Lead, internal controls colleagues and Finance / Business Heads, to improve internal control environment.

Collaborate with the teams of other key internal stakeholders who have ownership of the processes to be tested, to deliver the Internal Controls plan and address concerns they may have.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO HAVE

More than 8-10 years of PCAOB audit experience and experience in professional services or industry roles.

Experience delivering ICFR activities on a day-to-day basis.

Good ICFR skills, covering IT processes, are essential.

IT Audit (CISA), or IT Security (CISM, CISSP) qualifications required

Experience of navigating material weakness or significant deficiency of remediation is advantageous, but not essential.

The Procurement function in Flutter is responsible for the governance of external third party spend of over £6bn per annum across the various business units. Responsible for developing and leading Security Operations and Engineering teams that will secure our global services.

With this role, you will gain unique insight and knowledge in respect of the overall group as well as having direct exposure to senior management.

This important role is a key contact for the Group’s overseas offices playing an important role in the month end close and also the delivery of financial information across the group. The role will also play a major part in ensuring that all intercompany charges and balances are recorded in line with the Group’s transfer pricing policy and various other management agreements.

The role will also support the implementation of all reporting process improvements to deliver enhanced financial information to internal and external stakeholders, which evolves with business needs and consistently exceeds expectations.

Strong analytical focus and reporting experience are essential for this role. In addition, candidates should be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and solid experience of building and maintaining strong and productive working relationships with a broad range of demanding business customers and across the wider finance community

What You’ll Do

Support all Group management reporting processes, including the monthly management accounts close and intercompany process.
Prepare intercompany reporting and improve processes around intercompany.
Collaborate with tax, treasury, and legal departments to ensure completeness of loan pricing.
Liaise with divisional finance teams to ensure clear communication and agreement regarding monthly recharges and costs.
Produce and deliver monthly reports for intercompany, tax, treasury, and divisional reporting.
Continuously develop reports to meet senior collaborator requirements.
Improve the monthly close process and related outputs, working with different finance teams.
Prepare annual statutory accounts for Flutter Entertainment plc’s subsidiaries to tight deadlines in accordance with IFRS and FRS 101.
Work with tax to ensure completeness of transfer pricing and cross charges across each of the Group entities.
Research and conclude on technical accounting issues impacting the Group.

How You’ll Do It

Qualified accountant with strong academic credentials (e.g., honors degree) and experience gained in industry or practice, preferably in a plc/multi-national environment, 0-2 years PQE.
Solid experience managing delivery of internal and external reporting.
Experience in a plc environment and Oracle and Hyperion financial systems is desirable.
Experience working in a SOX regulated environment or highly regulated industry.
Proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS.
Treasury accounting knowledge is desirable but not essential.
Experience working in the finance department of a multinational environment with multiple cultures and ways of working.
A highly motivated, organized, professional standout colleague with strong process, technical, and analytical skills combined with commercial competence and good interpersonal skills.
Experience in statutory reporting.
Strong presentation and communication skills: the ability to accurately and briefly identify key issues and communicate them broadly.
High energy and drive, flexible enough to work in an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and changing environment, and the resilience to challenge/be challenged.
Ability to plan ahead and work independently.
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Studios, to be a leader of and champion for, Flutter Studios.

This role will support the growth of the Flutters Studios’ portfolio of online casino games; by consistently developing and delivering the most successful and profitable mix of high-quality games content to our brand partners operating globally across multiple brands & markets.

Working with senior Flutter Casino brand stakeholders to grow Flutter Studios’ portfolio as a category by developing and iterating an always evolving, compelling portfolio of games aligned with the brands content strategies.

Owning responsibly for commercials, negotiation and ongoing management of budgets for external game dev vendors. Leading combined teams of over 150 people across several casino game studios globally.
 

What you’ll do  

Develop Flutter Studios’ game strategy and roadmap – shaping the production of games in all markets we operate, fully certified and in accordance with the regulations of each market.
Lead and bring together a team of experienced Studio leads to develop an overarching content strategy and portfolio that is greater than the sum of its parts.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure that the games we build deliver the maximum value to Flutter Casino brands.
Ensure Flutter Studios games are best in class in quality and innovation, aligned to the consumer preferences of each of our primary target markets, and aligned to the content strategy priorities of each Flutter casino brand globally.
Identifying and staying abreast of the competitive dynamics and the top features/ trends of the top performing games in real money casino, but also in other verticals e.g. social gaming/ skill games/ lotteries etc.
Manage external vendor studios including cost, terms, and commercial negotiations of game development contracts – responsible for a significantly material budget annually.
Implement a robust process for tracking key performance indicators so every game concept will be evaluated objectively as to its contribution to overall portfolio performance, while providing insights for future game development.
Contribute to and play a leadership role in the development and ongoing iteration of the strategic priorities and implementation plans for Flutter Studios Platform (FSP).

What you’ll bring

Extensive experience in Leader of Leader (Senior Management) roles, managing casino, betting, gambling, or other relevant businesses. This should include studios or product functions.
Ability to effectively manage resources to deliver a rolling roadmap of engaging games, while working directly with partners and collaborators to achieve shared goals.
Demonstratable track record of driving commercial performance.
Proven ability to drive product development, generate new ideas and lead innovation.
Experience working with technology teams spread geographically.
