Treasury Analyst

Location – Dublin / Hybrid – 2 days per week
12 month Fixed Term Contract

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Group Treasury Manager – Systems & Processes, this is a pivotal role supporting treasury technology on a global basis. You'll take full responsibility for enhancing our treasury systems and processes as we continue our digital transformation journey to become best in class for a Fortune 500 organisation.

Playing a key role in our treasury transformation project, you'll oversee five main system streams including payments processing, bank statements and reporting, FX and money market funds, accounting processing, and reporting. You'll also manage divisional integrations into our TMS and drive automation and improvement initiatives across the group.

What You'll Do

• Regularly review and troubleshoot TMS payment processing to ensure timely release of payment files and smooth treasury operations

• Monitor the integration of bank statements into TMS and their distribution to Oracle

• Ensure accounting journals from treasury operations are communicated to Oracle

• Assist with processing, confirmations, and settlements of FX, Money Market Funds, or Debt Servicing transactions

• Support daily operational checks and balance verifications in line with internal compliance and control frameworks

• Lead the rollout and integration of Payment Factory (TRAX) across business units

• Leverage JPM's virtual account structure to enhance cash concentration across the group

• Build extensive knowledge of the TMS infrastructure to provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting

• Contribute to increasing SWIFTNet bank connectivity and integrating daily and intra-day bank statements

• Drive payment processing efficiencies through latest technologies including XML format and Payment Status Reports

• Support automation initiatives focusing on Cash Positioning, automated transfers, forecasting, and bank account reconciliation

• Lead the automation of accounting generation for treasury operations

• Identify opportunities for innovation and reducing manual tasks within treasury operations

• Support compliance with SOX and internal audits

• Manage and maintain financial data integrity within treasury systems

• Support implementation and maintenance of security protocols for all payment processes

• Assist with creating and maintaining TMS and Payment Factory user access groups for segregation of duties

• Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring proficiency in new and existing technologies

• Liaise with internal teams on TMS reporting to support efficient working

• Prepare, improve, and automate the delivery of reporting from TMS

• Maintain accurate documentation of treasury procedures and controls

• Measure improvements and automation initiatives via Treasury monthly KPIs

How You'll Do It

You're an enthusiastic and driven individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach. You'll demonstrate strong project management and technical abilities alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills—equally comfortable conveying ideas in technical or user-friendly language.

• Previous treasury experience (desirable)

Advantageous:

• Prior exposure to the gaming industry, directly or via a bank

• Experience with treasury and banking systems in a large multinational company

• Familiarity with TMS, Payment Factory, or similar treasury platforms
