The Opportunity
Are you a data and systems leader with a passion for building robust, scalable platforms? We're seeking a SOX Hub / Data & Reporting Lead to govern and enhance Flutter's global internal controls platform (SOXHub) – the single source of truth for our ICFR framework.
In this role, you'll drive high-quality ICFR data, reporting, and insights across the Group, ensuring our controls environment is efficient, well-governed, and audit-ready. You'll lead a small team of data and systems specialists, collaborate with Technology, Finance, and External Audit, and translate complex compliance requirements into sustainable, system-led solutions. This is a strategic opportunity to shape how a global organisation manages its internal controls at scale.
What You'll Do
- Act as technical product owner for SOXHub, owning the end-to-end roadmap, prioritisation and delivery of system enhancements to meet ICFR, SOX and business requirements
- Ensure SOXHub remains the authoritative source of ICFR data, with clear ownership and controls over master data (entities, processes, controls, issues, deficiencies, tasks and evidence)
- Design and maintain the global data model, workflows and configurations within SOXHub to support the full ICFR lifecycle (scoping, walkthroughs, testing, deficiencies, remediation, certifications)
- Partner with ICFR Technical, ICFR Delivery, Business Partnering and External Audit to understand reporting needs and translate them into sustainable system solutions
- Oversee end-to-end PBC / evidence management through SOXHub (templates, surveys, tasks), ensuring requests are standardised, tracked and fulfilled on time
- Lead the deficiency management process in SOXHub (creation, classification, workflow, updates and closure), ensuring data quality and clear linkage to remediation actions
- Provide structured SOXHub support (user access, queries, issue resolution, knowledge articles), ensuring high user satisfaction and consistent access controls
- Build and lead a high-performing ICFR data & reporting operations team, setting clear objectives and developing technical capability
How You'll Do It
You'll bring:
- Strong product-ownership mindset, with the ability to translate ICFR, SOX and business requirements into clear roadmaps, detailed user stories and prioritised backlogs
- Deep understanding of the annual ICFR cycle (business and IT controls) and how it should be reflected in GRC tooling, workflows and data models
- Strong project and change management skills, able to lead system enhancements and business change (UAT, training, comms) across multiple markets
- Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex system and control topics in clear, business-friendly language to senior stakeholders and end-users
- Proven collaboration skills, with the ability to bring together Technology, Internal Controls, Finance and External Audit to agree sustainable solutions
- Strong people-leadership skills, with experience building and developing high-performing data, reporting or systems teams
- Advanced analytical capability – strong command of data modelling, data quality management, and translating complex datasets into actionable insights
- Expertise in BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); ability to design enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional data and reporting initiatives, managing competing priorities and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of internal control methodologies and governance frameworks including ICFR and SOX compliance requirements
- Some experience managing significant finance transformation initiatives with ICFR implications (ERP implementations, GRC deployments, global process standardisation)
