As Flutter continues to scale globally, we are strengthening our Centre of Excellence for Inclusion and Wellbeing, and this is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in delivering our inclusion and wellbeing agenda across UKI and Flutter Functions — moving beyond strategy into practical, high-impact execution that is felt day to day by colleagues across brands, regions and functions.
Reporting into the Associate Director Inclusion and Wellbeing, and working in close partnership with the UKI & Flutter Functions People Teams and senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for translating strategy into tangible, measurable outcomes — embedding an inclusive colleague experience that supports our ambition to attract, develop and retain the very best talent, ensuring everyone is welcome and every voice matters.
What you’ll do:
-
Take accountability for embedding and translating the Inclusion and Wellbeing Strategy across UKI and Flutter Functions into practical, measurable programmes and interventions that are aligned to local business needs and resonate across diverse business areas.
-
Partner closely with Flutter Functions and the wider People Team to ensure inclusion and wellbeing is embedded across the full colleague lifecycle — from learning and reward to key moments that matter — moving from intent to consistent, sustained execution.
-
Build and maintain relationships across the global Inclusion network and act as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, providing pragmatic, experience-led guidance while tailoring delivery to local contexts.
-
Use data, insights and clear metrics to inform decision making, track progress and drive accountability for outcomes; championing a culture of listening, learning and accountability so that inclusion and wellbeing is owned and sustained by leaders across the business.
-
Scope, design and deliver targeted programmes and interventions that support long-term inclusion and wellbeing ambitions, while identifying opportunities to embed inclusion beyond the People team and into everyday ways of working and decision making.
-
Strengthen inclusion and wellbeing capability across the People team, develop an aligned Wellbeing offering that is practical and accessible, and operate within agreed budgets ensuring spend is focused and linked to measurable business outcomes.
How you’ll do it:
-
Proven experience in an Inclusion, People or HR role, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end inclusion and wellbeing initiatives, underpinned by a thorough understanding of current landscape trends, frameworks and evidence-based practices.
-
Experience designing and delivering learning and development solutions or capability-building initiatives that embed inclusive behaviours, alongside contributing to or implementing people policies, frameworks and governance.
-
Demonstrated ability to lead and embed an Inclusion philosophy and agenda, using clear frameworks and change management plans to drive, mature and scale inclusion strategies across a business.
-
Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership teams in fast-paced, complex environments, tailoring inclusion strategies to meet the needs of different functions and stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
-
Strong measurement mindset with the ability to use data to identify where inclusion efforts can add the most value; skilled at horizon scanning to proactively spot emerging opportunities and risks across the inclusion landscape.
-
Highly resilient, hands-on and proactive, with excellent communication skills, high personal integrity, and the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively — comfortable with ambiguity, executing at pace, and building inclusion capability as teams grow and evolve.
