The ideal candidate will have experience across Professional Services categories such as Management Consulting, Legal, Finance, and Risk. A background in Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and facilities management / workplace services sourcing is highly advantageous.

The Procurement function in Flutter is responsible for the governance of external third party spending of over £6bn per annum across the various business units. Business Owners are supported in the management of this spend by our Sourcing team.
What you’ll do

Lead the delivery of complex, high-value strategic sourcing initiatives across a broad range of Corporate / Professional Services categories, including HR, Finance, Facilities Management, Professional Services, and Legal.

Take full ownership of end-to-end sourcing projects, from opportunity identification and strategy development through to RFI/RFP/RFQ execution, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and award.

Develop and execute category strategies for key areas such as Professional Services, HR, and Corporate Real Estate (CRE), leveraging market intelligence, supplier insights, and spend analytics to drive measurable value and cost efficiencies.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing sourcing decisions and ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term objectives.

Lead supplier engagement and negotiations, driving the optimal balance of cost, quality, risk, and service delivery while fostering strong, strategic supplier relationships.

Deliver robust commercial and financial analysis to support business cases, sourcing strategies, and executive decision-making.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, HR, Professional Services, and Operations to ensure sourcing initiatives are aligned and effectively executed.

Drive governance, compliance, and best practice across sourcing activities, ensuring transparency and consistency in approach.

Track, measure, and report on sourcing performance, including savings delivery, value creation, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to functional and strategic planning, shaping the sourcing pipeline and supporting broader Flutter Group procurement objectives.

Mentor and support junior team members, fostering capability development and promoting a high-performance sourcing culture.

Prepare and present high-quality reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
How you’ll do it

Strong experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Commercial roles, with a track record of leading and delivering strategic sourcing initiatives.

Proven expertise managing complex, end-to-end tender processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation at a senior level.

Exceptional commercial and financial acumen, including cost modelling, budgeting, and value-based decision-making.

Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, driving alignment and delivering commercially sound outcomes.

Highly analytical and results-driven, with a proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities, mitigate risk, and deliver continuous improvement.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate data into clear, compelling insights for senior audiences.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with experience managing both internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
