We are seeking a dynamic and HR Controls Analyst. This individual contributor role will focus on designing, maintaining controls for HR operations. The role will focus on identifying and mitigating control gaps associated with operations across HR and identify opportunities for improvement. They will work with various stakeholders to evaluate whether controls are well designed and operating effectively.
As a HR controls analyst, you will :
- Control Design & implementation
- Design , documentation and implementation of internal controls framework for HR processes ensuring they are aligned with organizational framework and requirements.
- Identify control gaps by independently testing and propose actions to address root cause that lead to failures/gaps and track them to closure.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify process risk and perform control reviews to identify gaps and risks
- Perform ongoing issue management support for all HR operations functions
- Continuous improvement to identify opportunities in control management
- Partner with compliance teams to execute testing of controls.
- Validate and track action plans, escalate issues and document control related findings
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources/risk Management
- 7-10 yrs experience in Internal Control. 2-4 yrs in HR Controls
- Strong understanding HR control process including conducting process risk and control reviews, gap mitigation and issue tracking
- Excellent communication- Written and verbal
