Flutter Group Functions Tax Technology and Finance Business Intelligence and Analytics Grad scheme!
About us
At Flutter, our graduate programme isn’t just a stepping stone, it is the ultimate playbook to be the best in the game, and on this graduate scheme, you will embark on a thrilling journey across two departments in Group Functions!
Group Functions is at the heart of all things Flutter, this division powers and protects our world class brands to give us the Flutter Edge. This division looks after a lot of the corporate activity you would expect with running a multi-billion-pound FTSE 25 company.
On this graduate scheme, you will get the chance to work in our Tax Technology and Finance BI and Analytics teams over a 2-year rotation scheme, each lasting 1 year.
The Finance Business Intelligence and Analytics team is the key source of financial figures used throughout the business, from statutory to daily flash reporting. The team encompasses all streams (Retail and Online) and geographies throughout the Group and bridges the gap between core Finance and Data departments.
The Tax Technology Team looks after all aspects of tax technology for the Flutter Group, including automation, process improvement and other transformation.
On this programme, grads will develop technical skills (ETL processing, coding, visualisation) and learn how to apply these to assist the Finance department and beyond. On the job and formal training will be provided on tools such as Alteryx, RPA, and across finance systems. As part of your role, you will work closely with the Group Finance teams, and other key stakeholders across the business.
