In the Risk Ops team, you'll play a key role in managing and mitigating financial risks associated with sports betting. You'll have the chance to learn fundamental risk management techniques and gain valuable insights into the dynamic world of live trading.

In the CXO team , you'll be at the forefront of enhancing our customers' experience and engagement. Your role will involve ensuring that our FanDuel clients enjoy a seamless betting journey, from placement through to settlement and develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs.

In the Market Compliance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that we maintain 100% compliance with individual state wagering regulations, from Arizona to Iowa, New Jersey to Virginia, and beyond. This isn’t your typical compliance role. Alongside upholding state regulations, you’ll collaborate with international legal teams in the US and Canada to ensure our global responsibilities are met.

In the Fraud team, you'll be primarily responsible for reviewing and resolving customer fraud contacts across the platform. You will develop expertise in monitoring daily reports to identify fraudulent or suspicious activity. You'll become skilled in operational fraud procedures, with a focus on multitasking, critical thinking, and maintaining high attention to detail.

In the Product team, you will gain an understanding of the lifecycle of a new product rollout, from ideation to prioritization and delivery. You will develop a strong understanding of the operational issues and assist the product team in capturing these issues and requirements delivering enhanced product capabilities for FanDuel.

In the Price Assurance team, you will be focused on protecting the reputation of the FanDuel brand. You will become an expert in the US betting landscape and develop a deep understanding of how the regulatory process works, focusing on driving down propensity and cost of error across all sports.

In the Trading team you’ll learn to combine a love of Sports with a keen understanding of numbers and probability and marry both of those things to create and manage prices for the US market. You’ll learn to utilise stats, in-house models, industry news and your own opinion to help formulate what we believe are

the most accurate odds in the industry for US Sports, and then manage those odds.

  • Start Date: The programme will commence 4th of August 2025.

Location: Based in Dublin
The US sporting calendar is the lifeblood of our business, and you will gain experience during part of your rotation in evening or weekend work ensuring close collaboration with our US colleagues.
