People Partner - The Role:

Join our People Group Functions Team and make a difference! As a People Partner at Flutter, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving our people agenda. You will contribute to the implementation of functional people plans that align with our evolving goals. Your main responsibility will be to foster a culture of engagement, develop team capacity, and promote inclusivity throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of people plans across the relevant business portfolio to make us the natural home for the world's best talent by attracting, developing, and empowering individuals who power and protect the growing family of Flutter brands.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to achieve their goals by implementing efficient people and talent strategies.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to lead teams that demonstrate engaged work behaviors, high levels of performance, and inclusivity.
  • Work closely with HR departments and other key individuals to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience from start to finish.
  • Foster positive connections with individuals from various departments, brands, and locations within Flutter, staying adaptable to the changing environment.
  • Partner with business leaders to support organization design, workforce planning, and change initiatives that align with their strategies.
  • Deploy coaching and development interventions to enhance core manager capabilities.
  • Effectively embed core people processes encompassing reward and recognition, engagement, talent management, performance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Apply people analytics and insights to inform, evaluate, and enhance our decisions and initiatives.
  • Promote adherence to HR processes and policies while continuously enhancing them for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant 5+ years of experience as a HRBP/People Partner in dynamic global environments.
  • Proven experience in rapidly changing work environments, adapting strategies and approaches to drive success.
  • Strong drive to deliver at pace with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to identify problems, think pragmatically, and offer simple and effective solutions.
  • Strong focus on customer service, with a commitment to providing exceptional support to teams and senior managers.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage time.
  • Proven ability to apply practical business knowledge and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
