About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Flutter Entertainment India
This role will involve 360 recruitment, supporting across FEI. The TA Specialist will be resourceful and passionate about building a hiring culture, a brand ambassador and advocate of diversity, equality and inclusion.
Duration: 3 months of Contract
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with corporate hiring managers to understand hiring needs, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, networking, market intelligence and reporting on recruitment activity.
- Uses internal and external data and market intelligence to build attraction plans.
- Bring an in-depth knowledge of the corporate recruitment markets to ensure we are maximizing use of all recruitment channels.
- Through creating engaging and effective content and outreach, work to build talent pools of fully screened and tested candidates.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate & hiring manager experience.
- You’ll take practical and deliberate steps within your role to foster & maintain an inclusive working environment. We strive to offer a culture of inclusion & belonging, and we each have a role to play.
What we’re looking for
- Previous Talent Acquisition/In-house corporate recruitment delivery (end-to- end) experience is essential.
- 3 years’ experience as an end-to-end recruiter.
- Experience of direct sourcing with different talent attraction and sourcing methods.
- Data and insights driven.
- Experience of building out talent pools.
- A value driven approach that fosters inclusion, equity and belonging.
- Experience using Workday as an ATS preferred
