Title : HR Operations Quality Assurance Partner

Role Summary

We are seeking a HR Operations Quality Assurance Partner to join our People Services team in our new shared capability centre (HSCC) based in Hyderabad, integrating into our broader, Global Operating Model.​ The Global Virtual Hub Quality Assurance Partner, as a member of our global People Services team, will focus on maintaining HR document accuracy, reviewing templates, verifying clauses, and identifying errors. Additionally, they'll work on improving processes to reduce errors and enhance efficiency within the People Services team.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on HR-related documentation, including new joiner employment contracts, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations and Flutter policies.​
  • Provide support to Global HR Virtual Hub Support Partners by addressing queries, clarifying document requirements, and offering guidance on document preparation and quality assurance processes.​
  • Verify the correctness and appropriateness of selected clauses within document templates, making necessary adjustments or recommendations as needed.​
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and reducing the occurrence of errors in document preparation.​
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, regulatory updates, and internal policy changes relevant to document creation and compliance.​
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on quality assurance protocols and best practices.​
  • Build knowledge of location and/or division-specific practices, applying this to improve the future delivery of services.​
  • Monitor progress against SLAs and delivery against agreed scope, performance, and timelines.​
  • Providing timely and regular feedback to HR Partners based on the audit performance ​
  • Sharing Weekly/Monthly Quality performance report with the Leadership team. ​
  • Create audit mechanism and transactional sampling strategies as per the business requirements. ​
  • Recommend “ Training Need Improvements “ to the operations team based on audit findings. ​

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working within a customer service environment. ​
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to HR documentation.​
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in documents.​
  • Experience working within HR Operations with knowledge of employee lifecycle processes preferred.​
  • Proven ability to support employees across the globe, taking into account local nuances.​
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data and/or employee matters.​
  • Comfort navigating through and processing transactions in an HR enterprise system (Workday preferred). ​
  • Excellent written communication skills.​
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify and solve problems as required.​
  • Focused on employee experience and efficient process delivery. ​
  • 3+ years experience in industry wide related Quality tools and Techniques. Prior experience as Quality auditor/coach is must ​
  • Must be able to work in 24/7 environment ( night, rotational shifts and Overtime as per the business requirement) .​
  • Bachelor’s degree must. 3+ years of relevant experience​
  • Excellent knowledge on MS office tools is a plus ​
