Summary:
- The PBMI team have a catalogue of standard reports which must be produced for the business on a regular basis
- The Analyst role will be responsible for the management and production of these standard reports as requested by the business
- The role will involve driving the collation of relevant information to populate the report
- The role will also perform the analysis and delivery of accurate information required to report on Procurement activity and help drive sound decision-making
- The Analyst will also be available to assist the PBMI Manager and other PBMI team members with other tasks as required
Key Responsibilities :
- The Analysts will gathering all relevant invoice and payments data, such as invoice distributions, AP detail, PO detail reports, Expense reports etc from the relevant ERP systems and stakeholders within the business
- Performing QA checks on the gathered data so that it is in the correct format to feed the spend analytics tool
- The Analysts will gather data from business owners to populate the PBMI team project savings tracker
- The Analyst is responsible for updating supplier intelligence management tool with the relevant data
- They will liaising with divisional procurement teams and Finance Business partners to drive preparation of annual savings budgets and quarterly forecast revisions etc
- The analysts will be responsible for preparing the dashboards for monthly management meetings and executive meetings as required to drive informed conversations and decision making within the business
- Using Data and Insights derived from spend analytics to support savings/manage risk
Skills & Experience :
- Strong Excel skills – including knowledge of large spreadsheets, pivot tables, sorting, charts, IF statements and VLOOKUPS
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
