Over the next few years Flutter is embarking on a Procurement Transformation Programme and one of the transformation’s key pillars is to transform our procurement technology. We are beginning this journey by implementing Coupa to become our new Source-to-Contract solution to enable our procurement transformation.
The TPRM Workstream Lead is a key strategic role within the Procurement Transformation team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering the required framework for TPRM through the design and delivery of the Coupa platform. This will involve working with existing frameworks and standards that have been developed for managing third party risk and managing relationships with Flutter suppliers, and ensuring the objectives are delivered through Coupa. The deployment of Coupa will entail numerous phases over a number of years, and as the solution transitions to BAU, this role will become a key subject matter expert in managing the Coupa solution.
The role will be supported at times by 3rd party resources providing expertise, guidance and delivery of work.
As the Programme progress, the TPRM Workstream Lead’s role will evolve, and their responsibilities will vary depending on the specific needs of the programme at a point in time. Below is an indicative list of responsibilities for the role:

Develop solution design for risk and performance management modules within Coupa

Establish strong relationships with global cross-functional, cross-brand stakeholders in developing and implementing risk and performance management modules of Coupa.

Work across internal stakeholders to ensure the Coupa design reflects the framework and operating model around risk and relationship management.

Understand and adopt the supplier risk and performance management framework, as developed and owned by Senior Supplier Performance and Risk Manager.

Develop subject matter expertise on the Coupa solution in the TPRM space.

Work with key stakeholders to Input into development of training materials and communications relating to TPRM in Coupa.

Develop an understanding of the risk environment and the profile of Flutter’s supply base.

Understand the operating models related to TPRM and ensure it is considered in Coupa’s solution design.

Supporting the cutover to live, hypercare support and transition to BAU of the Coupa solution.

Measure and manage adoption of the TPRM modules.

Ensure the solution design addresses relevant audit actions in the supplier risk and performance management domain.

Input into user testing strategy and management of UAT process as part of the deployment phase of Coupa.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Extensive knowledge of third party risk management strategy, processes, best practice, systems and innovations and experience designing, implementing and managing same.

Experience of implementing risk management technology solutions, particularly within S2P solutions such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Zycus, GEP etc

Experience of supplier risk management, supplier relationship management preferably in a large, global business.

Experience in effectively leading teams in a matrix management structure
