Role Overview/Purpose
As a B2B Risk & Trading Executive you will be responsible for handling internal and external client requests, managing risk for various B2B clients and the completion of all daily operational and risk tasks which come under the remit of the department
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with queries from our B2B customers
- Liaising with trading to ensure our clients receive a top quality service
- Managing the risk for some of our B2B clients
- Working with the wider commercial business as a point of contact for Risk & Trading
- Ensure all KPIs are met
- Work with the wider team to ensure all SLAs are met

Technical Competencies
- Comprehensive understanding of existing operational processes

- Experience of using Microsoft Office
Education, Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or product role would be beneficial.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent results, product and process
