Reporting to the Head of Change, your role will be to lead and deliver the business change activities required to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the change on a range of initiatives. You will partner with the Programme team and impacted stakeholders at every level of the organisation, ensuring that you are building the right change management activities at the right time, working in partnership to deliver successful change and transformation.
This role requires a creative, adaptive thinker with the ability to exert influence without authority. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, able to demonstrate initiative, look at alternatives and consider practical ways to solve problems.

What can you expect as part of your new role?
While there is no typical day here at Flutter, you can expect to make an impact by supporting the delivery of complex programmes or projects with responsibility for change management outcomes and deliverables to enable successful implementation and adoption of the change. Responsibilities include:

Developing the change management plan and delivering the required change interventions which are aligned with the overall programme or project plan. Typical change management activities include:

Change strategy: vision and case for change

Stakeholder analysis and engagement

Change Impact Assessments
-
Communication and Engagement activities: approach, plan, design and/or delivery of materials

Training: approach, plan, training needs analysis, development of materials and / or delivery of training

Preparing impacted audiences e.g. communicating the impact of change and undertaking business readiness assessments

Measuring how effectively we achieve change by analysing and leveraging data related to change and using this to develop practical reports, recommendations and action plans

In addition to the dedicated work you’ll do on projects or programmes, we’re passionate about helping our colleagues deliver successful change and transformation. As a member of the change team, you’ll support our ambition to build change as a capability amongst others. This typically includes acting as an advocate and role-model for change management, providing thought partnership, coaching and advice and supporting training efforts which are focused on giving others the knowledge and tools that they need to be successful.

Serving as a role model in the promotion of the Group’s position on safer gambling and corporate social responsibility.
This might be for you if you have:

Strong commercial experience of successfully developing and delivering change management strategies and plans, focused on preparing people to adopt and embrace change, ultimately creating a better experience for those people impacted.

Experience of internal and external stakeholder management, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills with a style that can flex according to the audience and medium.

Experience building excellent working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

Proficient MS Office skills in addition to other communication and collaboration tools, e.g. Slack, Atlassian, Flipsnack, Powtoon, is desirable

Whilst not essential, you might also have a change management qualification e.g. Prosci or equivalent.
