Senior Strategy Partner - Strategy & Change Team
Location – We can consider applicants in Dublin/London/Leeds/Cluj/Porto
Hybrid set up with some travel from time to time

What challenges can you expect to be involved with?

  • Play a strategic leadership role, focussed on all aspects of shaping and facilitating effective development of strategies and operating models for key partners across the Group, including our Chief Operations Office partners.
  • Own analysis and shape end to end complex solutions through leading workshops, interviews, process descriptions and other methodologies as required.
  • Be a trusted, objective strategic partner for making recommendations on critical decisions as required.
  • Partner with Senior Leaders, the Head of Strategy Partners, and the Director of Strategy & Change to develop strategic success factors on major strategic change and plans to achieve those success factors.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of strategic change and help to maximise the positive impact on the organisation.
  • Facilitate decision making and arbitration relating to trade-offs and options to be progressed during the lifecycle of major strategic change.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure expectations, outcomes and impacts of strategic initiatives are clear and consistently understood.
  • Produce high quality, Executive-Committee ready, outputs, proposals, and status updates.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders within Flutter and across Brands/Divisions, up to and including CxO level
  • Support the Head of Strategy Partners and Director of Strategy & Change to achieve the overall mission of the Strategy & Change Team.

  • Excellent ability to influence and facilitate multiple stakeholders, requirements, and priorities.
  • An excellent relationship builder, with a servant leader mindset and motivator who will thrive on working closely with internal teams and partners.
  • Ability to work to exacting deadline.
  • Strong analysis, problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leader with demonstrable experience of leading at scale to successfully deliver against strategic objectives.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
