HR - Shareplans Administrator
This is a great opportunity if you have some experience within HR and would like to move into an exciting business and learn more about the Reward aspect of HR.
It would suit someone confident in excel, a self starter and keen to learn and take on responsibility.
Role purpose:

The Global Reward team has wide-ranging responsibilities, but our key aim is simple: we are responsible for ensuring that, across a Group, we put in place reward structures which assist with the hiring of world-class talent; we motivate and incentivise this talent to help us deliver on our Group strategy, and we ensure that they want to stay with us.

The Share Plans Specialist assists the Senior Share Plans Manager with the life cycle of the Company’s share plans, monitoring the Share Plans mailbox, the delivery of the launch of the global Sharesave scheme and assisting with all share plan communication with participants, liaising internally with relevant departments.
Accountabilities:
-
Ensuring that ad hoc queries to the Share Plans mailbox are responded to within 48 hours
-
Assist with the setup and oversee the automation of the weekly/monthly demographic data updates in the share portal
-
Assist with the development of processes, comms, guides, and FAQs, on the recently implemented share portal.

Supporting the team with the annual global launch and maturity of the Sharesave scheme working closely with HR and payroll teams in local countries and with the share plan provider

Assist with the administration of all share grants and vests
-
Respond and provide adhoc report requests as required

Supporting local and international Finance teams with their year-end reporting and audit requirements

Assist with the setup and oversee the automation of the weekly Sharesave closure files

Continuous improvement of BAU processes and reconciliation of data
-
Assist with processing manual payments and tracking payments and receipts
Experience:

Ability to work at pace and to prioritise workload

Advanced use of excel e.g., pivot tables, v lookups etc.

Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
