Our strong and diverse portfolio of market-leading brands and best-in-class products provides excitement and entertainment to over 18 million customers worldwide. We take pride in leading the market in entertaining our customers in a safe and responsible way while we make a positive contribution to the communities that we operate in.

As one of Time’s 100 Most Influential Companies of 2021, our innovative brands include FanDuel, Sky Betting & Gaming, PokerStars, Paddy Power, Betfair, Sportsbet, Foxbet, Adjarabet, Junglee, and most recently Sisal and Tombola. Across the globe, we employ more than 20,000 people in over 20 offices and over 600 retail sites.

Function Overview:

The Group Legal and Commercial Function is responsible for enhancing Flutter’s business and reputation in a responsible and sustainable way given the highly regulated environment in which we operate. The function comprises a number of core areas including the group’s commercial strategy.

The Commercial Strategy team consists of a small, enabled group of experts operating as partners and advisors to Flutter’s four Divisions (US, Australia, UK & Ireland and International) and their underlying multiple brands to support the Group’s clear, ambitious, growth-focussed strategy.

Given the scale of its coverage, the team was built from profiles having worked in top consultancies (McK, BCG, Bain), with a strong international exposure (US, South East Asia, Europe) combined with other valuable experience (Formula one racing, Private Equity, Law firm).

Role Purpose:

Flutter operates in a large, dynamic, and growing market within a highly regulated sector that is evolving at pace. Consumer expectations and demands on entertainment are rapidly increasing, industries are converging, lines between media and entertainment verticals are dissolving as new innovations and adjacent spaces emerge. It is imperative that Flutter stays ahead of the curve at the same time as we focus on defending and aggressively growing our core.

To support this aspiration, we are seeking a Senior Manager/Manager to support the Head of Strategic Growth to drive forward our ambitious goals and growth initiatives.

This is a senior role, as part of a small team of ex MBB consultants (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) within our business coordinating with senior stakeholders across our brands and divisions.

The successful candidate will have ideally a mix of consulting and technology background, comfortable flexing across a range of assignments, including strategic planning, business strategy and mobilisation, forecasting/business analysis and supporting the growth of new initiatives. They will have the opportunity to work across various brands to drive real impact for the Group as we support their learning and development to become future leaders in the organisation.
