As our Talent Sourcer, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to support our team of experienced Talent Acquisition Partners sustain and grow across a number of UK&I locations. Working closely with the TA Partners team you will be responsible for actively sourcing candidates as well and maintaining a strong pipeline.

This role will be aligned to our Dublin, Ireland offices. We work in a hybrid way going to the office with purpose.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in progressing in the talent acquisition organization, to Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Partner over time.

Accountabilities:

  • Seek out sourcing best practice and leverage a broad range of channels and techniques to source  the best passive candidates utilising a number of platforms.
  • Developing a strong relationship with candidates and make judicious decisions on fit for a particular role or team, in addition to thinking through fit for our brands/divisions.
  • Mapping out individual markets and gather intelligence and specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talent.
  • Collaborating with hiring teams and Talent Acquisition Partners to understand the key skills and behaviours that we look for when recruiting.
  • Creating and delivering sourcing strategies, prioritising ways to build diverse talent pipelines and inclusive experiences.
  • Identifying, engaging and attracting candidates using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Tracking our progress to understand if we are investing time in the right areas and if our efforts are leading to the right outcomes.
  • Setting up reporting and conducting research to share with the team on metrics such as conversion rates, candidate quality, interviewer calibration and interview outcomes.
  • Educating the business on talent insights, sourcing campaigns and introduce ways to improve our conversion rates from outreach to interview.

Experience:

  • Experience sourcing and research at all levels, preferably in a UK and Ireland.
  • Creative sourcing strategy experience.
  • Understanding of social media marketing and digital networking
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively source passive candidates. 
  • Focused on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Ability to build relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple disciplines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
  • Working knowledge using applicant tracking systems.
  • Organised and comfortable putting in place your own structure.
  • Data-informed. You are able to use data to inform your decision making when it comes to developing and delivering sourcing strategies.
