Integrations Senior Manager
You as the Integrations Senior Manager are responsible for building and maintaining the overall People Technology systems architecture between all systems in scope for the People Technology team, especially Workday, owning the full integrations landscape.
What are the responsibilities?
You will design and configure integrations that are integral to the successful delivery of HR services across the full suite of HR systems.
You will recommend and implement improvements to the architecture, advising on best practices and ways to increase efficiency.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve integration issues, whether individually or with the wider product team.
Act as the enterprise-wide Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all matters related to the full suite of HR Systems architecture.
Upskill the wider team on the integrations landscape where relevant and as required.
Impact assess system changes from an integrations perspective - whether new functionality from a release or a change request - providing a view of feasibility and effort required.
You will work with the respective product specialists and HR Systems Lead on designing and configuring changes related to the various systems and bolt-ons in scope for the People Technology team.
Work with the Technology Assurance team to ensure integrations, and associated changes, are deployed successfully.

What skills and capabilities will you need?

Previous experience managing an HR systems integrations landscape is essential.

Proficiency with Workday Studio and Workday Web Services.

Experience supporting a successful Workday implementation project is desirable.

Good understanding of the full suite of services provided by Workday.

Wider knowledge of the broader HR domain and associated integration impacts.

Experience of building and managing integrations across the entire HR technology landscape (hire to retire applications and bolt-ons)

Ability to operate exceptionally well independently, whilst knowing when to pull the wider team in and collaborate.

Excellent problem solving skills
